(Brianna's Customer Service is Lacking, she needs training, patience, or a vacation)I have mixed feelings about this place. When they first opened the lines were long. The service got faster as time went on. I would stop by for an iced cappuccino after dropping off my kids at school or when picking them up. For the most part I had no issues. When masks were mandated I thought it was disgusting when I saw the person handling the donuts had just put her fingers inside her mask to move it up over her nose (she did that twice). I let a manager know and she said they would provide her a better fitting mask (I was fine if they got rid of the mask all together, but whatever). Today I went through the drive through with my kids for a late breakfast. My kids don't know the menu so they were trying to figure out what they wanted. The line was not long and there was no car behind me when we arrived, but that didn't stop Brianna from rushing us and sounding annoyed when we asked a question about something on their menu. Got to the register and it was another person, she was nice and professional. The food was decent but Brianna's customer service sucked. I won't be stopping by with my kids, I'd rather go somewhere else.
Dunkin was fantastic and they open at 4:30 in the morning on a Saturday! Staff was friendly and professional. I love their cold brews and stuff bagel minis. Best thing is that their coffee sizes are true to size. I got a medium cold brew and it was a good size and great price $3.00. Not like some place where they charge you more and call their small drinks medium. I was very pleased with Dinkins hours, friendly service, prices and sizes of their drinks and love those stuff bagel minis!
Cold brew with cold foam is the greatest thing to hit my lips, their avocado toast is also filling, tastes great, and I assume pretty healthy!
2 stars for the employees because they were nice ,but when I asked for a cup of water , I got a cup of salt water ?!!! Reallly ? The harsh browns came out over fried and after tried 1, I can totally tasted the burnt from the harsh brown . Do not order harsh brown because they said it supposed to be like that . OH WAIT ,AND WATER TOO. Donut was normal, you could get better Donut somewhere else.
Out of the many times I've gone to dunkin everyone had been nice up until now, Reyna was very rude. We pulled up to the window paid, got out drinks, waited for our food and when she handed the food she tossed everything and almost threw it. And to top it off she missed an item after she "checked"
I love this dunkin donuts always get my order right and the ladies are so nice,sweet and polite to customers i love how they make my PUMPKIN SPICE SIGNATURE LATTE always so delicious to me thank you..
Absolutely stay away from this place. Unbelievably horrible customer service. Most of the staff there don’t know the drinks they sell, or what comes in them. Ordered four friends, four drinks … 3/4 of them when given to me were wrong … completely wrong. Then ordered a breakfast sandwich and it came across the counter from a “manager” as a bagel with cream cheese. ??? this place is a no go.
Love the munchkins. They are always fresh and a good variety, but expensive for holes leftover from donuts. Chocolate and blueberry are my favorites.
It's Dunkin Donuts, so you know what your gonna get going into it. I'm from the East coast, so of course I like Dunkin, but I'm not as crazy over it like some people. But i do prefer their sandwiches over Starbucks or McDonald's, and a box of munchkins can keep the kids content for a long car ride :)
Many tasty menu options. Prices are reasonable. Many seasonal and sugar free options as well.
