Domino’s needs to be shut down!!!! I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza, lg. also an order of garlic knotts for delivery. They delivery driver quilted me $35.00. I said r u kidding me. The pizza was horrible! They said when I called later it was $17.99 plus the garlic knotts were 5.99. Delivery guy was 6 bucks. Total was 35.00. Terrible terrible pizza. I will never order from them again!!!! I only did because my son ordered it for me cause I’m handicapped,unable to pick up stuff. Not only that but they don’t even carry Parmesan or red pepper upon delivery. They probly charge extra for that too. Wow! I called the next day and the girl on the phone would not even even acknowledge me. I had to ask if she was still there. I hope they get shut down!!!!!!!!!
Last night I ordered a pizza from Your Bobier location in Vista California two hours later I had not received my order but I called the store the manager said she would call me back 30 minutes later she did not call me back so I called and I asked her what’s going on this is ridiculous you charge me it’s been two hours she proceeded to be rude and disrespectful and hung up the phone on me this morning I called and she hung up on me again I want to speak to a manager I want to pets to corporate office this is completely unacceptable
I made an order online. I was given a time frame of about 30 minutes for the order to be completed. I noticed per the tracker that my order had been sitting in quality check since about 6:00p.m. Since my order was made around 5:45 I called around 6:30 d trying to find out the deal. I asked about my order was informed only 3 people worked there. Only one delivery driver who would bring the food when he returned whenever that was. I asked about the amount of time that my order was sitting and if I should be concerned about food safety. I basically wanted to make sure my food safe. Like anyone. The guy who I spoke to just slammed down the phone. I had to call back 3 times, the 1st he informed my my order was canceled. The second he answer and hung up. The third I was finally able to reach someone less aggressive. Though the lady at first, I'm sure defending her co-worker, denied me a cooperate number or any management number. Basically if there is an issue they just make a list for when management makes it to the store then they might give you a call. I will say the lady was decent once she took a minute and listened to my concerns. But all the years I've ordered from this dominos location I've never experienced anyone behave this way. To her credit she also explained the wait times for orders at the moment which the other guy didn't even bother to do, before he angerly canceled my order. I would have tried to get a family member to grab the food. I couldn't get it myself since I was recently exposed to covid. Apparently this location is overwhelmed with orders to the point staff struggles with their ability to give quality customer service from the beginning. I not really sure how I feel about this location and how they will treat my families future orders. But this was definitely a disappointment and waste of time.
Waiting for my order, watched the driver pull in and pull right out. Guessing it’s going to be cold now on top of the hour wait plus this extra time
The quality of the pizzas were not up to their standards. We were really disappointed this time

Don't order wings here... and probably go to Pizza Hut if you can for pizza. There were only 7 chicken wings in the box (ordered 8 wings), and 3 of them were the smallest wings I've ever seen. The pepperoni pizza was excellent, perfect crust, perfect everything. The other pizza was unfortunately the wrong pizza. The sticker on the box says chicken, bacon, and mushroom, which is correct, but the actual pizza has olives, bacon, and mushrooms, which was really disappointing.

I called on a Saturday and was waiting 15-20 minutes on hold.. for the manager on duty to answer hello i said i waiting a for 15-20 minutes..he responded i don't care and hang up. I called again he would pick up and hang up. I went to store and a female delivery driver open door i asked for his name and the manager realized who i was ran to door and slammed the door in my face. This is horrible customer service. Something needs to be done! I would give 0 stars! I don't recommend this store!
