Had Graduation for my sister Madison at ciaos and it was totally awesome cause when you haven’t seen your friends for a while during the pandemic and they arrived there’s nothing like a good Italian meal to eat and catching up. In my opinion ciaos is good place to eat and to have party’s and weddings , Susie is the best host and she will take good care of everything.
This is by far the best family restaurant in San Diego County. If you want to have some amazing food, tasteful drinks, and delicious dessert, bring your family and enjoy this amazing atmosphere. Our family loves to come here for dinner, birthdays, and special holidays. In 2004 I remember coming to this place for homecoming, and to see the growth of the service offered, the atmosphere, the attention to detail, I would highly suggest a visit. I would really hope they open more locations as the food is delicious. They offer pick up items and take home food. Be sure to visit the ice cream bar. If you want to rent for an event be sure to ask for Susie she is amazing!

15 of us met there for a group dinner. The ambiance was perfect and the food was really delicious. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a larger Caesar salad! Server had a lot of patience with our large group and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening.
We had our son and daughter in law's rehearsal dinner here just recently. I had to coordinate from a distance since we live in the eastern part of the US. Susie was awesome helping us and responding to all our questions and requests. When we arrived in San Diego my husband and I stopped in earlier in the day and the people there were all gracious and helped set up everything just as we wanted. The food was all delicious and most importantly my son and daughter-in-law and everyone relaxed and enjoyed it! Thanks to all the Ciao people!
Just moved to Vista but have been visiting this restaurant for birthdays and other celebrations. Even celebrated Valentine’s day here. The food (pizza, pasta, dessert) are soo good and flavorful. I don’t think we’ve ever had a problem with any of the dishes. Oh btw, the fresh warm bread they bring out is to die for. Love coming here and we get superb customer service every time! A must try is the pear gorgonzola pizza!

Awesome food, excellent and we'll trained staff, lots of good choices on the menu, deep wine list and cool cocktails. Had the ravioli, w garlic bread. Their rustic style bread is super yummy. Desserts were unique. Chocolate Banana Swirl cake, and all kinds of other delicacies! Check it out. Place is huge, full service deli and dessert counter. Large patio spaces too! Will return!

I ordered a gift card from this restaurant before Christmas. The recipient did not receive it. I called the restaurant three times before I was finally able to get an answer on the gift card. The first two times I was told that someone would check and get back with me but they did not. On the third call I asked for an owner; he informed me of a system issue that caused the cards to be delayed prior to Christmas but they were mailed Jan 12. I should have been informed during the other calls or at least a call back to let me know. Very disappointing experience.
