December 4, 2020- I am not sure why the bad reviews but my son and I decided to try the monster burger at Carl's Jr and the food and service was outstanding.The crew at Carl's jr was on point!The dining room greeter Rochelle gave us such great customer service and even followed us outside to clean our table in the outdoor dining area.Needless to say great customer service and courtesy from Rochelle all the way up to her shift manager made for a great late lunch with great service and good food.
Healthy, real food and filling.. unlike 9ther fastfood and such who's food isn't real, like eating air, not so healthy. TyCJR YUM.. ENJOYED
Normally don't have a problem when I go. But do have a problem with Postmates as they ignore instructions to add sauce/have no option for it.
I asked for No ketchup on the burger and it had it. Fries and jalapeño poppers were barely warm.When I called to speak with the manager the phone asked for my remote access code????Frustrating
I have had poor experiences here. Drive thru has been very slow the couple of times I've been here and the portion sizes of the fries has been very poor. It's never filled to how large the container is. I also had to wait in the parking lot after going into the drive thru because the food was taking too long (it wasn't even a large order, just a standard combo). While I like Carls Jr. food overall, I would not recommend this location.

This has to be the worst Carl’s Jr. In the area. Every single time I order the belt ranch burger the put chicken sandwich. I always have to check at the window to correct them. I did that today and I still ended up with a damn chicken sandwich. Let time I make the mistake of eating at this location!!!
Stop in at Carl's for lunch today as always food was excellent, service was good and to top it off our order was right , can not go wrong at Carl's Jr
