Never coming back, instead of being greeted by the smell of chicken you are greeted with the smell of bad attitude. We placed a order online and everything was wrong. My niece tried to order from them a few weeks ago and the woman she spoke to was so rude that my niece ended up calling back and canceling her order, this is the same woman we spoke to today who when we called wouldnt belive that we didnt receive our full order. Everytime we go they are rude and short like us being there is a huge inconvenience. The only person I would ever suggest this place to is my arch enemy.
It is so bad, I want to give you a zero. But that's not possible, so I give you a one. Customer service is not helpful, I was given attitude when asking if they had any specials. When ordering over the phone, I was interrupted several times and decided to just cancel my order instead. When they get your order wrong, which seems to happen a lot, they don't take responsibility and act like it's the customer's fault. My arch enemy recommended this place to me, safe to say, I was hoodwinked. CURSE YOU WINGSTOP!
Way over priced for their wings crazy service was awful too bad i cant give them a FAT zero

I had to show them my phone several times before they were finally apt to hand me someone's order that we were supposed to deliver. Extensive wait times make picking up food here very difficult and can take upwards to a half an hour for, what is most of the most the time, oversalted or over-sauced wings and fries. Fell out of love with this place easy.
