Everything was overall pretty good but the fries were a little over cooked.
The burger is a good ol fashioned burger, the fries are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside with the right amount of seasoning. The service is always friendly and the wait is never to long.
I went here for the first time today with my wife. The fries were cold, soggy and extremely over seasoned. My burger was made incorrectly. I told my wife to go ahead and eat thinking they would replace quickly. This was not the case they completed all the orders they had prior to remaking mine so my wife was done eating before I received my burger.Could just be but I also had a issue with the combo meals being shown on the menu with cheese but not actually coming with cheese unless you pay extra. Don't believe we will be going back.
Wimpys recently got new staff a few months ago and you can really tell the differenc. I work nearby and go there several times a week the last few weeks or month the fries have been horrible. Either they changed there fries and seasoning or they are using old oil to make there fries and there soggy and taste horrible too. I was overcharged on my order too. I asked when I called to place my order if the chicken sandwiches were still 2 for $4 and she said yes and when I went to pay it cost more than when I went last month. I told the cashier and even had my receipt from last month showing I ordered the same things as today and the price hasn’t changed so why am I being charged more and she just ignored it and didn’t know what to do. I paid the amount and didn’t want to give her a hard time because I know she’s new and just a kid but they need to make sure they are not over charging customers. I liked it better with the old staff and the food tasted better. Even the chicken sandwiches have changed twice since the new change. Not sure what’s going on with this establishment.
Was not very good, food was cold, soda had weird taste and the burger was basic at best. The onion rings I can say was the best tasting thing
I love hamburgers, and this was seriously one of the best hamburgers I've ever had. People Rave about the french fries, that in my opinion were just ok, but the hamburgers were wonderful. And to finish it off with a soft serve ice cream cone..., perfect!
Straight up, im confused. The fries were basically raw, the burger was burnt to all hell, and the bun may as well have been shoved under an iron it was so crusty.This place gets a lot of hype, and nothing against the employees, theyre trying, but good heavens. Just straight up not good.
Nice place to get get some food. I love their two for $4 mix or match especial. I get the burger and the chicken sandwich. Drink not included.
New staff needs to be trained better and learn their menu. I usually come here every Friday to enjoy a juice burger but ever since they got a new staff my orders keep coming out wrong. I’m tired of wasting my lunch time waiting for them to get my order right. Sorry Wimpy’s Hamburgers but I won’t be coming back.
!! WORST EXPERIENCE FOR A FIRST TIME VISIT !!Me & my husbands first ever visit there & the workers were horrible! The order taker took our order down wrong and when I received my order on the receipt says “ no tomato “ and we received tomato with the wrong burgers. When I explained the order was wrong the order taker female was so upset at me ( the customer ) for her wrong doing. It’s simple. She took the order wrong, I noticed and all you gotta do is remake it. I wanted a #3 not #1 also, my husbands burger was supposed to be a thick patty which was #2 and he received a small thin patty. Also today is Sunday which they give out free ice cream and my husband asked for free ice cream for us and the female at register acted like it wasn’t a thing there when clearly there’s a sign that says “ free ice cream with a combo Saturdays & Sunday’s “ even the male manager told my husband “ yes it’s free but with a meal “ which is dumb since we did get a meal. Over all if I could give no stars I would. This was the worst experience for a first time visit!
