Usually the food is great. Today I ordered onion rings. They were in the fryer too long and overdone. I tried to eat a few. When leaving, I told the gentleman passing out food you should not serve anything like this, they are over cooked. He said what’s wrong with them, too crispy? They were way over cooked. As we were leaving and we weren’t even out the door he walked right behind us and was throwing them away. I would have gone to the person on the fryer and said take it upon yourself to redo these. Mistakes happen, but own it and make it right.There wasn’t as much as I’m sorry. Customer service wasn’t there today. It wasn’t his business, his money, he didn’t care.
I haven't had a bad experience here yet the online ordering curbside pick up is flawless, the drive-through takes a little bit longer, but I suspect it's because they make things fresher than other fast food restaurants. My faves are the tempora green beans, seasonal brussel sprouts side, any of the salads, the Santa Fe char--ingredients always taste fresh!
2nd time every eating there an was not happy what so ever!!!My order came out wrong yet again so disappointing an didnt even bother eating it i said i have an allergy an they still put it on my burger an the wait time 18min. Is a bit to long i think but whatever i would say the food is good but dont no when i cant eat what the put on my food so it must not be goodSorry the only thing this place gots going for them is there worker at the window was cool
Online ordering was easy. Order was ready when promised. Staff was friendly. The restaurant was busy, but they were very organized and efficient. And...the food was delicious! ?
I went to the store to buy Cesar salad but the Cesar salad was totally wet of lot of ranch.
This is my favorite spot with a half and half on the side!Half French fries and half onion rings.
Ordered the teriyaki char Burger,the pineapple was rotten and orange colored. It smelled like a hot moldy orange. Got a refund,ordered 2 days later and they are still serving rotten food. I’m done with this place. Literally puked it up
Habit food is very good, and there is a decent amount of diversity. My only complaint is that the food is a little greasy. Otherwise wonderful! ???

My kids came to visit from Texas and we went to the habit for dinner because it's such a part of visalias history. Great atmosphere, the young lady who took our order was so sweet and our food was fabulous everyone ordered something different and it was all great.
