Food is pretty Good, we go eat there about once a month. For years now. The only thing that never changes is the inconsistency n lack of quality Service, once in awhile we will get a friendly Server that gives quality Service. 9 times out 10 we have to hunt down our server that seems to disappear never come back to check to see if we need anything or ask how our meal is. I know because of Covid they may be short handed not enough help, but it's been this way for Years, I hope one day, Managing staff will make Peoples Dinning Experience Pleasant n Enjoyable.
Good service and good food but making Open Table reservations did not do anything really. They will only mark you as being at the restaurant once you arrive and are in line with all the other walk-ins. In my perception, it was still first-come first-serve. Waited over an hour before getting a table.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I reserved my table days before . I was told the wrong daily specials . Then we ordered and waited for over an hours . I was brought out 4 small cold burnt shrimp and 2 blocks of vegetables, whole black mushrooms, my daughters pasta was swimming in what looked like they pour milk in her bowl also cold . We left at that point with the waiters being rude and saying well they are slammed back there . I get it was a holiday but any business should be prepared for a extra busy day . Your gunna make more money you need more help .
We had reservations at 6:30 for 6 was sat at 7 looked over two other parties sat before us
I was hungry note. I know they are understaffed. Waited an hour almost for order to be taken. Let me put it this way arrived at 2 left at 4:30. Firecracker shrimp delicious ?. Fish n chips good but my fries super crispy. Chicken pot pie soup just ok. Most likely not ordering it again. Waitress n manager friendly and attentive, once order was taken food arrived in good time.
Wait staff was great. Gluten free options available with information on celiacs as evidence of staff training on the seriousness of the condition. The food was delicious. Lettuce wrap mushroom burger and side salad.
Our server never checked on us for how we liked our food, only refilled drinks and bread basket. Food wasn't satisfying. Baked potato tasted like it only had butter with bacon, steak was too chewy. Chips and fries were stale, and our chosen did tasted burnt. Had to pay almost $100 for food I couldn't enjoy. Will not be back!
