I ate in this restaurant on a Friday around 5:30. I noticed most of their business was coming from to-go orders! That delayed my food getting to me, bet it was worth the wait! I got a shrimp (Camaron) dish with rice and beans, tortillas included. It was really delicious! I also had a cucumber drink that was divine. When I visit Visalia again, I will come back here!
SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY. service is terrible. Waited over 40 minutes for carne asada fries, had the cook talk insults under his breath in Spanish, and the manager told us it wasn’t their fault.
Poor and terrible customer service, the lady in charge of mobile orders was so rude, I called them on the phone because my order was incorrect. She said she didn’t hear asada when she placed our order but she heard lettuce and beans so she proceeded to place our order as a lettuce and beans torta. She argued like crazy for the mistake SHE made. Save the bad experience and go to other place to enjoy your food good served. Now I don’t have a close place from my house go to and now I’m going to eat a lettuce and beans torta. BTW she never even apologized she still pretended it was my mistake ?
Never order from here via GRUBHUB and if you pick up, make sure your order is all there before you leave. They forgot 2 items from my order. When I called, they were not helpful at all. They said I can come pick it up which is ridiculous after I paid for GRUBHUB delivery. Prior to this, they had asked me 5 separate times what was missing from my order. I finally asked them to just write it down. This basically ruined our family dinner since 2 people didn’t have their meals. DO NOT order from here without checking everything and do not use a delivery service because you’ll be SOL and they’ll just ask you to pick up the order they messed up on.
We love the authentic food made here. The workers are polite. Couldn't ask for a better experience....
COVID food. This place used to be good. Now it's just re-heated basics with no flavor! Avoid!
Moved out of town and hadn't eaten there in a couple years. Had the opportunity to eat there on New Years day and was so happy that they were open and the staff was willing to spend the holiday serving others!! The food was delicious and affordable just like I remembered it (recommend chili verde quesadilla)!!Thank you Super Taco, I will always come back ?
First time trying this place and my experience couldn't have been worse. I ordered my tacos "with everything" (con todo) "to go". I get home open the bag and my tacos are plain. Ok they must have put the onions and cilantro in a bag maybe. Nope. What I come to find is about 100 bucks worth of sliced lemons wrapped in foil. What do I need lemons for? Am I going to eat lemon flavored meat? I see 4 stars maybe that people had their tacos well made because mine werent.
Today i was not satisfied i had bought 2 wet burritos the meat was hard like it was old and it was cold in the middle and the cheese was cold and not even melted and this was take out i usually love this place but it wasnt good today if i wasnt busy i would have brought it back
Waited like 40 min for 2 take out burritos. They were cold when I got in the car and then to top it off we both had upset stomachs for the rest of the night.
