The last time I came to this particular restaurant, my order was not only not prepared at the time coordinated with my app to order was not being prepared at all. Tonight for dinner I chose this particular restaurant again for my order they got some toppings on a couple of my sandwiches wrong on top of the wrong bread choice. That wasn't the worst part though they completely forgot one of my sandwiches. I go back and show them the results of the sandwiches and there is a particular female with either a mole or a tattoo on her face who completely declined responsibility and gave an attitude like it was the customer's fault. Completely unprofessional.
There were a few order ahead of me just 2 employee but it was done a timely matter. Happy satisfaction 9:01pm
I needed 20 foot longs (4 platters for catering) short notice today. The employees were very pleasant and understanding. They were able to help me out with great customer service and speedy service.
The girl that helped me did a great job. Not everyone can roll the wraps with all the items I choose without it falling apart. She made it look so easy.
Worker doesn’t care about how she makes the sandwich’s she poked holes in my sand which with her nails. Subway workers shouldn’t be able to have extra long nails unprofessional.
The food is good BUT !!.... THE OWNER IS HORRIBLE. EVERY TIME SHE'S THERE I ALWAYS GET CHARGED MORE FOR THE SAME STUFF. I ASKED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES AND THEY SAID TO WATCH OUT FOR HER BECAUSE SHE LOVES TAKIN PEOPLES MONEY AND CHARGING THEM MORE! AND SHE'S ALWAYS PUTTING THE LEAST POSSIBLE STUFF ON MY SANDWICH.. I WILL NOT BUY ANYMORE WHENEVER SHE'S THERE . SHE ALSO OWNS THE ONE ON HOUSTON. I GO THERE AT LEAST 3X A WEEK SO TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS!!!
The boy making my sandwich put the condiments in the center if the sandwich making the rest if thw sandwich dry and unflavored. Tasted poorly. The soda machine was serving up soda water with no soda syrup.
Eddy helped me and my step dad and he made good sandwiches! I appreciate his efforts in helping us! It was a successful food run?!
I just went in for a large drink. The Cherry Coke was delicious though.
