Best Starbucks in Visalia always great service great employees, always friendly never rude, drinks are always filled up all the way and made delicious every time ?
2 stars due to the fact that you DO NOT KNOW how your coffee will turn out. Don’t get me wrong when the order is done right, it’s really good! But 4 out of 5 times I order, my coffee is usually watery or too much heavy cream (where it looks white). I never ever leave reviews for places unless they’re good reviews, but after getting the orders incorrect repeatedly, I feel the need to have to write this. I only go here due to the fact that it’s close to my house. I will now go to Dutch bros, they always get my order right consistently! Never have they failed me. Thanks Starbucks on Mooney & Riggin! (Hence the only Starbucks in town rated in the 3’s when others are 4’s on google). I only express this to help, not hurt. So please just keep this in consideration and improve our community Starbucks! ?
The Staff here are kind, warm, caring for details and perceptive. The sandwiches for breakfast are what you need to get going, good protein kick, and add a Caramel Machiatto (may have spelled that wrong...). Remember to Tip your Caffeine Artists, they care about you and work hard. Cheers to my Morning Crew!!! You're all above and beyond. You're fast, and the shop is always clean.

Interesting experience at this location. No acknowledgment when walking in. I was here for a mobile order 4/22 1:21 p.m. I was waiting for my oatmeal and because they were out of blueberries *I suppose that is why my order sticker was stuck on the pick up stand. Having ordered Starbucks for years and years didn’t realize that was a thing or what that meant bc I did walk up a few times wondering why it was there. Anywho one of the persons who I wasn’t even speaking to turns around and says that’s why that’s right there and turned back around. Zero friendliness and I even tried to make small talk while getting a refund stating I didn’t realize my mistake and got zero response. Coming from someone who lives in Fresno and having Starbucks in Visalia for the first time I will say it killed the vibe. A little kindness goes a long way. Happy Earth Day! That’s all just a review on this experience.
I’ll say this. The customer service has always been good. The drinks and long waits..easy 2/5. It’s near by which is convenient but the wait and not the best made drinks don’t help.
My husband has a learning disability & had me on the phone while he ordered coffee for me as I am at work and was not able to get breakfast before my shift. As he attempted to repeat my order as again he has a learning disability and does not always repeat what is said to him correctly, the Starbucks worker right away had an attitude and was really rude to him as she was frustrated that he did not understand her and was trying to repeat what I was telling him to say. From beginning to end she was rude. If it's not for the fact that he has to go through drive thru due to having our disabled son with him, he would be going to the one on main street.
2 stars because they were friendly. Ordered hot chocolate It tasted extremely watered down and flavorless. Don't recommend.
Good food and drinks. Always out of ingredients. But overall a nice Starbucks to go to.
The worst Starbucks in Visalia. Sadly it’s closest to my home so I’ve given it MANY chances in hopes something will be different but nope. Drinks are always over sweetened so I can’t even enjoy them. And the drive through takes so long. Waited 30 minutes this last time but there was only one car in front of me. By the time I got my drink all the ice was melted. And they said they coulnt remake because it was what I ordered. So ridiculous. They need new management and better workers.
