I pulled through the drive thru literally 2 minutes after they closed because I didn’t know what time they closed. A girl goes onto the drive thru speaker and says “sorry we just closed” and right after her a guy speaks and says “we closed” and I responded and said “oh okay thank you” and they started laughing on the headset. To me that’s unprofessional & rude. I came on 04/21/22. So whoever was closing I hope the manager sees this & speaks with them so this doesn’t happen in the future to anybody else :)

I swear girl in the window was not just rude but tried explaining she made my drinks wrong & she just dirint seemed to care never again will I go to this location

Discrepancy with monies received and change not given. Being assured that they received the correct amount says I lied. A million dollar company that does not take care of customers that generate this million dollars for them. Starbucks.... train to speak properly to each situation and reviews will be better. Disappointment. Good Luck!

Pretty standard as far as Starbucks go. Friendly staff, had my coffee order done quick, and had enough seating to get work done. Good little spot to get a start to your day in.

The drinks were made perfectly and quickly and the employees were wonderful.

Starbucks is ok most of the time, the problem I am finding is that they don't pay attention to how they make there drinks or they don't listen to the order correctly. Either way it's pretty expensive for them to make any mistake on anyone's order. Most of the time I order from Starbucks I am in a hurry and can't fix anything so I'm in search of a new coffee house that actually cares about you as a person. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks everyone and have a wonderful week.

They provided Excellent service with a smile ?.Much better than the one in front of WinCo where I was helped by a young lady named Savannah who must have been having an EXTREMELY Bad day at 7am. She was VERY RUDE, just NASTY, UGLY Attitude!! I have not been back since it used to be my favorite. I had always had great service until she was hired. It's very Sad that she is a representative for Starbucks. ?

Poor guy new didn’t know what to do no one helping him then one of the guys thats been there longer trying to charge me more for an add-on that i paid for separately because the new guy isnt being trained or helped they just left him there once they remade my drink they messed it up again and messed up 2 other drinks and where is the manager to help no where to be seen no team work at all
