Went in to get a few drinks. Went to the restroom first and noticed there was no soap in the restroom, and this is first thing in the morning at 10:00 a.m. you would think that they check the soap before they open. so I'm assuming employees don't have to wash their hands after using the restroom so I decided to take my business elsewhere where they wash their hands

Iv had some orders made wrong, but they usually are willing to fix them with little fuss.
Coffee of course is great, but the way they designed the drive thru here is a joke.
The mobile app for this location is down frequently and it says in stock items are out of stock often in the app. Also have to have my drinks remade quite often even though I don't have any special add ons

Pick another Starbucks, their service is always lacking, and the drink is never consistent. The staff here doesn't seem to care about your experience or order.
Notice the difference in times of the time I ordered my drink, compared to the time that has passed trying to connect to wifi…. I’ve been trying to connect to their Wi-Fi for an over and hour. When I asked the barista if they have had problems, the agreed and said yes.One of them went to ask their manager for me if they wouldn’t mind restarting the router. I don’t have any WiFi at home and I can’t use several apps on my phone till I update the iOS software…. The barista told me her manager doesn’t allow that….Whoever the manager is working right now, at 9pm on 10/1/21, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! If something is effecting multiple people….. you should probably make better managerial decisions. I won’t be coming here and I’ll be contacting Starbucks HR…..k thanks store #11103, your manager sucks!
I forgot my wallet when i was in the drive threw and had to come back for my order but that time I walked inside and asked for it. The guy working cashier was very rude acting like he didn’t want to help me and talking to me like I was a child. He was also very rude to the other employees working and has a sarcastic attitude.
