Val in the drive through line was by far the rudest barista I’ve seen at any Starbucks. When we pulled up to the widow to pay he never greeted hello. Instead, he said $7.35 (our total) , while looking away. He proceeded by cutting us off and letting the window close on us while we were trying to tell him we wanted to use our points for a bakery item. Worst customer service at any Starbucks in visalia

Love the coffee but they don't make many decaf coffee drinks. It's always extra this or that.
By far THE WORST Starbucks in town, I avoid it at all costs even though is the closest to my house because I literally waste money every time I continue to give them a chance hoping that the managers and employees have been changed, other than that I think this location will continue to be a waste of money and possibly a bad case of food poisoning. I'm literally afraid to eat their breakfast sandwich because the bacon looks raw and soggy and somehow the bread tastes stale and old. Disgusting. Also can we talk about how this is the only starbucks that can't get their drinks right? Even if they're not customized which is crazy to me, and apparently other customers have the same experience too. Good luck getting through the drive thru without waiting at least 30 minutes for some stale food and mediocre coffee.
My Barista walk the coffee over to me. I’ve been a Starbucks patron for 10+ years and only the best stores do this. Very impressed and tipped.
I went today on christmas to get my husband his coffee....they did a horrible job in making the drinks. They did not taste like coffee at all. Cant get thru to the manager because the phone is busy (i guess) or maybe they just turned it off. It put my husband ( army vet) into his mood for the day. Ruined the rest of christmas for even the kids. Bad bad job
It had Starbucks drinks but none of the food. I was unable to use my Starbucks card. Bummer since I was a gift. But the drinks were good. Clean and lively place otherwise.
Several times I’ve ordered my drink via the app to avoid a wait in the drive through and it still took 25-45 mins for my drink. Each time they made sure to take care of the drive through line first. How is it that when I come to the store 15mins after placing my order, as I’m waiting 10+ mins inside the store on the screen for the drive through orders it shows an average wait time of 5mins? The whole purpose of ordering online ahead is to avoid the wait. So the last time I was there I asked them why do they take care of the drive through line first. They told me they do them in the order it was received. Than how is it that I am waiting 25-45 mins to get my drink when the drive through is only waiting 5 mins and drive through line ain’t long? Instead of taking a customers complaint seriously they brush it off and rudely say have a nice day. Maybe take a customers complain seriously, especially one that is a loyal customer that goes there daily. I will not be going here anymore
They let several people stand in line for 5 to 15 minutes and told all of us [email protected] a time they only had tall because they had no lids. It would have been polite to put sign on door?
Super busy. Definitely a wait but the workers do what they can to keep those drinks served. Good job
