Absolutely terrible. Trash all around. Handwritten notes for out of order signs, not accepting cash, not accepting apple pay. They no longer carry items that are still being advertised on their few working screens, which they won't accept orders from ... drive thru only.Funny they reply to my post here to hear more about my experience, ironically I already tried contacting them on their contact page several days ago with no answer ... hilarious they suddenly (robotically) respond. No Sonic, I will not be trying to contact you again when I already did.
The people were not super happy but it was decent service. The issue is my whole family got food poisoning. I don't know what is going there but something needs to change.
Great drinks the food isn't anything to brag about and they aren't the cleanest but the cherry limeade is to good on a hot day
Ordered corn dogs and they look like they were from prior day. They were burned, not edible. Couldn't take them back because I live out of town.
I don’t know who was working last night at around 11pm, but she was rude af. My fiancé was ordering our drinks and she would rudely ask what size drinks we wanted before even finishing his sentence.
Not sure of the name of the rude girl working 2-3-22 at 4:30ish. First of all, she forgot to give me my drink so I had to back up. Next they gave me a cheeseburger with no lettuce, tomato, pickles or onions on it And those cheeseburgers are not cheap. When I realized it, I had to drive back over. When she asked me on the speaker what I wanted and I told her that they hadn't put anything on my cheeseburger, she laughed. When I pulled up to the window, she demanded the bun and burger that I had just taken a few bites out of, given back to her or she would not give me a new burger. I told her I was going to give it to my dogs, but she would not give me another burger without receiving it. When I handed her the burger on the foil, she said you don't have to do it like that. I guess she thought I was supposed to wrap and bag it again for her. She didn't apologize for anything and she was just hateful. I wish the supervisor had been there to see her attitude. She needs to be taught customer service skills!!
Bacon cheeseburgers w extra pickles ..he gets extra onions..so yummy..mozzarella cheesesticks and marinara a go to!
Sonics has good ice ? cream and shakes. I also think their Tator Tots are really good. However the ? hamburgers aren't that great?.
The drinks and shakes deserve more stars.
The manager Tiffany is the most rude person Iv ever met in the food industry she says “ what do you want”, when you come to the order speaker. When you get the the food window she looks greasy hair a mess like she slept in the store she says “want sauce” She can’t respect her customers enough to say complete full sentences she never smiles and Iv seen her yell or snap her fingers when talking to employees. This young lady had apologize to me for being slow and explain to me that it was only her second day, Tiffany had to yell at her snap your fingers at her and tell her to move faster. I was in no hurry I was not complaining for her to have done that get a better manager!
