Super upset today was my husband's first time trying the brownie batter shake & we ordered it on the mobile app to pick it up 20mins later we get there not even a minute after the time we ordered it for & the shakes were all watery??♀️The server was very kind & polite you know but it was watery we had to wait 30minutes while it hardened more in the freezer just a super big disappointment ??♀️
Me & my daughter & granddaughter & my daughter's sister & brother & niece we all stopped in to get some drinks & one order of onion rings with ranch sauce. It was good service & as we all sat in the car we really do appreciate the old fashion service still coming out to the car ? with your order! Thank you & ?%+ & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This sonic is mediocre at best. I ordered a cookie dough blast w/ extra cookie dough and received about a spoonful of cookie dough as extra. It was more like eating vanilla ice cream w/ no topping.

Grabbed lunch with friends, walk up was not available. They allowed us to pay for the car behind us so that was helpful. Food was decent, nothing special.
Just went thru drive thru on Ben Maddox at 5:20 pm. The employee handed us our drinks which one lid was not properly put on spilling peanut butter cup crumbs all over me and between my leather seats when I recieved it. Asked to talk to manager, drove up away from the window to wait for manager to come out. Noone came out to access the mess the employee caused. I'm beyond upset and disappointed and now will have to remove the driver seat to be able to clean the mess that was spilled. I have made numerous calls to the store but no one answers, funny cuz there wasn't anybody else there. Check your drink lids people , they clearly don't care!!!! There wasn't anyone behind us in the drive thru yet they were in such a hurry and very negligent.
