No indoor dining. Slow service. Only 1 cashier and kitchen staff. No place to wait for takeout. But the Hot and sour soup was delicious.

I usually don't like leaving bad reviews.. I really don't. The Chinese lady that took my last minute order was nice and took my order 20 min before close. I was there 10 min before they closed.I opened the container to find the chow mein looked like a scoop of porridge and tasted very bland.. no flavor at all. The Mongolian beef was ok but can use more spice.Whoever is cooking this food should step up their game.
The food is good, but the customer service is awful. The middle-aged white lady that takes the orders is extremely rude. She was yelling at a customer on the phone, stating “I don’t make the rules!” Her attitude drives customers away.
The food here seems to be a hit and miss. We order the same thing all the time so it’s not the “try something new” problem it’s the cooks. The house rice is really good about 1 out of 3 times we order, the rest of the time it tastes like nothing with hardly any meat at all in it. They still have not opened so it’s a take out all the time. Picking a new restaurant now. Sad. Oh plus, super $$$
I’ve been coming here for years and it’s the best Chinese food in town. Judy, the owner, is awesome and makes you feel like family.
The best American-style Chinese food in Visalia. Consistent quality and good flavors. Highly recommended. House fried rice, hot & sour soup, egg foo young with bbq pork are some of our favorites.
THIS is the Best Chinese restaurant in Visalia Ca.I LOVE HER ORANGE CRISPY BEEFAND HER ORANGE OR SESAME CHICKEN. OMG. DELICIOUS
A dinner for 3 entrees was abit pricey considering we didnot order meat or poultry. The front people were friendly otherwise.
We came here on a Sunday night to have dinner but the dine in option was not available so we had to do a take out. The food was decent and the portions were huge.
