Jugos and Paletas are always delicious here.
This place is great! They make their own ice cream, paletas (popsicles), they also make numerous fresh vegetable juices (green juices) .
The singular employee handled the situation well. The cucumber agua fresca was disappointing though.

Very clean place the desserts are delicious. I’d give this place a 5 star however, the customer service isn’t very good. The owners son who’s usually there taking orders is straight up rude. He will talk back in a rude way if you ask him for your total and even when taking an order. He will purposely not give you everything you ordered and still charge you for your missing items.
Every single time we get SUPERIOR QUALITY SERVICE in this establishment, EXCELLENT PRODUCTS, VARIETY, CLEANLINESS, etc.but today the lady there went to the infinity and beyond. (My kids were dressed up) She make the day for my kids and nieces. I’m gladly recommend this place, not only because of the mentioned things, but because of the costumer service.
Here is some feedback to my recent visit at the Houston location in Visalia:The aguas frescas are $6 for a large. ? the most I’ve spent on an agua was $4 for the same size or even larger. I feel offended for the over priced artificial raspados. For a small was $5!!! Come on now! $5 for ice and flavor. A small raspado are usually $2 and change. I was shaking my head of disappointment with these overly priced items. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

I never take the time out of my day to write a review Of a place even when receiving horrible service. But today me and my family went to your location on Houston ave around 7pm 7/5/20 The lady that attended us gave us horrible Customer service. She was really rude when taking our order. She yelled out that we couldn’t be there after paying because she can only have certain amount of customers due to covid-19 witch we totally understand but the way she said it was very rude and so unprofessional. She seemed to get frustrated and irritated the more things we ordered. I ordered tostitos with cheese and she put jalapeños on there witch I didn’t ask for and i told her i i didn’t ask for jalapeños and she said that she couldn’t change them because thats how they go i mean why would i want to eat something i don't like. I have came to this location before and never had this experience.
