Nasty overfried cold fries and chicken nuggets with whatever I just found in my food(probably a chunk of fat) That Definitely wont kill someones appetite right ? Nothing is good quality and let's not mention we already pay high prices for fried fast food..not worth it and no longer hungry thanks :) BTW it's like this Morning and afternoon
I just got home from ordering at the McDonald's and and I ordered a Deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and When I told them that's what I wanted they told Me so you want the spicy Deluxe chicken sandwich and I said no and they said okay so a spicy chicken sandwich and I politely said no the regular chicken sandwich and they still put a spicy chicken sandwich in there.
I was highly disappointed. Lady was highly rude I asked if it was okay if I changed my drink choice and she had a rude remark I then went back in to get sauce that I asked for in the bag that wasn’t there. Not only did she look at me and say you again she left me with the rudest look on her face. I’m not the person to leave comments but after spending a high amount today I deserved better on this horrible experience. She needs to be replaced having her at the front counter is going to push every customer away I refuse to come back.
Quite easily one of the more frustrating McDonalds to deal with. Coming from a food delivery driver's perspective, their wait for food is extensive and longer than what's necessary for a quality that is laughable and saddening when you see it. I understand that only one thing can be in a microwave at a time, but there are plenty more grill tops and fryers that can be used to be pumping out the orders that's expected from a FAST FOOD chain, not whatever sluggish rate that's been accepted as a universal standard amongst all West Coast locations. Note to all, the franchise owner of the West Coast is single-handedly the worst owner of all regions. They're cheap as hell, prefers not to fix equipment, and if they could successfully shift to fully automated cooking with no employees to worry about paying a struggling wage, they would. Gross practices from the pitiful upper corporation.If you want to wait an hour for your food, this is the place to go.
They delete there orders for door dash to save their times and won't even start the order till they don't have customers, the workers just chat it up while a bunch of people are waiting in front, worst mcdonalds ever. Literally cost me money to pick orders up from them

The prices have gone WAY UP. McDonalds for sure next time. They changed jumbo jacks, not good now. Taco are still good but again prices went up.
This McDonalds location is just down the street from where I live. My lil bro works here.I come here so much I know most of the workers and the workers know me , from a distance . Its a cool place but it gets pretty busy and that means waiting .. for a pretty long time . Avoid going here during high peak hours 12pm-4pm It will smell like teen spirit and it will be a very long wait even for just an order of fries. This is my neighborhood McDonalds and I love the breakfast 2 for $5 sandwiches. No more strawberry sundaes ever in any McDonalds tho. Boo.
Got my usual sausage McMuffin with egg and hash browns super early after5am, quick in quick out!
This place is an absolute S-Hole. Waited in line for literally 35 minutes for a nuggets meal. Eat your own leg before you have to go here.
