I used to work in fast food before and I totally understand being understaffed and all but not acknowledging your customers at All while they’ve been waiting over 25 minutes is ridiculous. Every single worker looked at me and did not care for the fact that I wasn’t helped in any way. This was possibly the most unprofessional most ridiculous customer service ever. this mc donalds 100% needs better management and better communication. Absolutely ridiculous.
Had a busy day and at the end I thought I’d order McDonalds. Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, a Big Mac and fries. When I got home and I lived less than 5 minute away, the food was cold, fries limpy, lettuce limpy and the meat Pattie’s on quarter pound were over cooked, not juicy and no napkins or catchup. Alway when I’m ready to eat at McDonlds they blow it.
This location is a struggle bus. Management has a lot to figure out. The lines are consistently very long and slow for the drive thru. This location seems understaffed and even simple orders can take very long (several times longer than other locations) to be prepared. There front doors are locked during business hours and there are no signs indicating why or that this is a drive-thru only location. All of this is even worse at nights when sometimes nobody appears to be there at all, even during business hours. If you drive for driving gigs, avoid delivering from here because it will not be cost efficient after how long you have to wait in the drive thru. As though things couldn't be worse, the fries consistently taste stale for some reason.
Slowest McDonald’s ever! We wait 20+ mins every time. Not worth it!
Unkempt and dirty tables, sloooow in providing food, no napkins available and soda machine acting up. Stopped over on a drive by… will never again
Don't use their app to order. I ordered mcdonalds for lunch at work through their app I get there and keep in mind I only get 30 minute lunches they had me wait 20 mins just to tell me their app was having an error and I can't get my food cus the payment didn't go through. It's not my fault your guys app decided to go down right after I ordered if I had and order number and everything you guys should have given me my food trying to say my money was never transacted to you but when I checked my bank it said there was 7 dollars sent to mcdonalds so how did my payment not go through? And now wasted 30 minutes on my lunch and didn't get to eat tf
I Mean...To Be Fair.We Do Not Expect Very Much From ANY McDonalds At Any Location ...Soooooooooo.. .Nothing New Under The Sun. .When l placed my order l was aware that this location is notoriously slow.Let's Be Honest.I knew.But.After placing the order and stepping back... the employee who took the order came back to the counter and stated..."I am short staffed and this might take 30 minutes. ".. oh My.Really. 30 minutes?Now. To be Honest. It took 18.. not 30. But dang. Guys.

Better have plenty of time to spare stand there waiting for service for 18 min with 5 people in restraint. Very slow and lucky if they get the order right
Can't go wrong with two McDoubles and a small fry ?
