If it was possible not to give any stars that is just what I would do. I was sitting at the speaker and there were several cars that arrived after me, all of their orders were taken as I continued to sit there. Finally, I drove up to the window and when I did the little girl at the window went and got the shift lead. She provided the worst customer service that I have ever received. I proceeded to tell her my issue and she rolled her eyes and was just plain out rude. I informed her that she was being extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked her why does she have an attitude and I was the one waiting. Her reply was I'm giving you what your giving me smh...wow ?. I told her she should treat people the way she wanted to be treated. She handed me my change and slammed the window in my face. I asked for her name and everyone refused to give it to me. She literally had me sitting at the next window for about 30 minutes. If the inside was open I would have most definitely went Inside. I'm so glad I know Jesus and want heaven to be my home because this situation could have escalated and went a whole different way. Sienna is very rude and unprofessional and needs to be retrained. This McDonald's has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND THEY CLEARLY HIRE ANYONE! BEWARE! I did speak to the store manager and she assured me that she would take care of the issue and also offered to fix my order since my food was cold. I appreciate her kindness but I won't ever return back to this McDonald's!
I rarely review things, so here’s a good reason as to why. I don’t know why I’ve continued to keep giving McDonald’s of all places the chances. Most of the time when I order, my food is incorrect, and cold. Me and my girlfriend go today attempting to get food, did not receive the burgers I asked for , when asked about it, I wasn’t charged for it. Because the person who’s running the window isn’t paying attention. Refused to address my order at all either. Just asked me to go back around.
Went in right now @3:55pm Sunday April 10. First the lady at the Intercom was very rude she kept saying is that all is that all I o my ordered 3 meals. Then getting the food you guys said you were out of the strawberry shake so I asked what else and with attitude she goes well mango and then I said can I get a chocolate shake and she just closes the window then she hands me the rest of the food and I’m still missing my caramel frap so I told her cuz she closed the door and then she just closes the door again very rude and then hands it to me with no spoon so I said can I get a spoon please and very rude with attitude hands it to me and then slams the window. You need to get better employees I’ve been in customer service and you guys shouldn’t be working there if you are miserable find another job. I hope you get treated the same or worse.
They made us walk through the drive thru because thier lobby is closed. According to saftey guidelines set by California law makers, it's illegal and u safe to do. The tall homely looking blonde lady was rude to us and butted In My wife's and my conversation. The manager was nice. She was real good about taking our issue. No one had name tags. No one would tell me thier names so I could call and complain.
Order a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave it to me all burned and on top of that the service was awful. Not helpful at all. The workers were rude. Every time I go there they always mess up my order or missing something but after today seeing what they did I’m no longer going there.
Just ordered and went to eat and they didn't cook 2 of the burgers

The girl at the drive thru got our order wrong multiple times after we told her what we wanted. (Maybe she shouldn’t of had her AirPods in her ear) When we pulled up to get our order, she still had gotten the order wrong. They had us pull up to the waiting parking to bring our order & cause we asked for ketchup(cause there wasn’t any in the bag) the manager came out saying to treat her workers with more “respect”. Well maybe if they’d pay attention after something being repeated to them more than 2 times we wouldn’t of had a problem. My baby didn’t end up with a drink with her happy meal cause the drive thru girl thought apple juice meant a Sprite. This is the worst McDonald’s, definitely not what it use to be.
Employees don't do their jobs, won't allow anyone in lobby and refuse to bring paid for orders to the door. Manager (tall blonde woman) completely unprofessional. Always missing things from orders as well.
Look... Im not a picky person. I have happily woofed l down some un fresh fries in my day. But today i got straight up cold old old hard fries. I have a hard time believing that they were even made today. Thanks for listening.
