Tonight we came in with 80 students. We were on a field trip and my students needed to be fed. I was so grateful that the staff jumped into action and provided us with great service. Our tab was well over $500 and our order was correct. They worked so hard to make sure our kiddos had everything they needed. I just wanted to personally thank the staff working tonight. You guys did an awesome job. I'm grateful for all your help. I did give fair warning that we were coming, but they went above and beyond to take care of me and my students. Thanks so much!!! I appreciate everyone who helped to feed my kiddos tonight. May God bless you guys and your hard work.
Pretty terrible experience. Went inside. Terribly understaffed. One person at the register. Several people waiting for their food. And to top it off, they got my order wrong.
The worst experience of our life so over priced for the kind of service they give it takes hour's for them to take the order and my server forgot to put the order in almost two hours later came back to tell me if I wanted the food to go i guess she was trying to go home or something than we asked for the manager and the lady was also very rough at the end we left two hours later hungry so we paid the appetizer one sampler two margaritas and 3 sodas for almost 80 dollars incredible so over priced for the kind of service they provide so do me a favor don't go here thank you we ended at the business next door buying sandwiches at subway at least they have the subway next door and that was good ? much better for much less anyway please don't lose your patience and money at Azul that should be named black's just a joke ???.
Ordered a Large combo and literally got the size of small fries inside my fry box, it was not filled at all. The last time I came I paid for a spicy delux sandwich and got just the regular, it seems like every time I order here I get robbed of my money. I pay more to get less food than what I order or I just don’t get it all. I never write reviews but this was well deserved, I’ve never been to such a poor service McDonald’s or other fast food in general, this location is definitely the worse. Sad part is they mess your order up even when they aren’t busy.
The machine wasn't working to place order's, the wait in line took forever even though there was only 2 people, the employee at the cash register was really slow & didn't know how to take people's order's right & would get fluttered over it but she was pretty friendly so you got to bare with her on that, the food was good but wasn't made as ordered, they almost forgot to give us 1 of our bag's of food as well, they were also messing up everyone's order in the drive-thru causing people to come in to get their order's fixed. Someone messed up a smoothie & gave them a different smoothie (there was a food allergy involved, luckily the person saw the difference in the fruit in the smoothie before drinking it) then the employees would all start arguing with each other over who made the mistakes & honestly it was just a big mess at this location. There needs to be some serious management upgrades here or something before a customer gets really sick or something from the employees mistakes!
This was a coffee stop !We like Starbucks coffee, but I have to admit that when we're on the road, we like to stop at McDonald's for our coffee ..It's good , the price is right, and it's always a quick stop, usually right off the freeway easy on easy off . And sometimes I buy the 2 apple pies to go with our coffee for a treat ..I've even had the iced coffee. However, I'm picky. I asked that they don't add the Sweetner to the coffee, and I just add 1 or 2 creamers, then bam; it's a good coffee for me, that is !
I would give five stars because every time I come here the food is the most part always hot and fresh. But I was having a really bad day and utilizing their Wi-Fi trying to get legal help because I just got evicted and I'm now homeless.... I could hear them talking about me and could tell they didn't want me in there. Because of covid, they only have their dining area open from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. . It wasn't even 7:30 yet, it was 6:40, and they had one of the employees come up to me and tell me that I could only be here for 30 minutes and I needed to leave. I was highly offended and I won't be going there again even though I am in this area all the time, I'd rather go to a diff McDonald's location.

Always missing something!! Drove off from the drive thru realizing I had no ? fries in either of my bags just as I'm pulling up to my house. Called them immediately drove back fries were delivered to the car with an apology and a large sweet tea for free, thank you. ONLY TO THEN REALIZE WHEN I GET HOME... I'm missing my cheeseburger with extra pickles. ?♀️
Everyone loves going to McDonald's sometimes. I like ordering the double cheese burger.
