Came to McDonald's and ordered super basic items for my kids, 20 piece and fries, and they parked me. I over waited 30 minutes to get my food meanwhile at least 15 cars rolled through the drive thru. Are you going to tell me that none of those cars had nuggets?!?! All of the reserved parking spaces were full waiting for orders as well. I saw at least one car go inside for there order and still take forever to come out. It should not take that long to get basic menu items.
Drive thru is packed, moderately slow. Manager scolded employee in front of customer. It looks demeaning and made me uncomfortable. Fríes had no Salt. Most of the time oil is old and dirty you can tell on the fríes if they come out clear, crispa and white they're ok. If their limp, dark oil has been used for a long time. Meat and bread are cold in cheeseburgers. Employee charged me for the order behind me. I had to wait a while and held the line. ?
after ordering the food was asked to pull to the front and wait. 20 min later food comes out but worker give it to another car. then discovers it was my order. I watch as she asks for the food back (as people ate eating it) then runs back inside to pretend to remake it. disgusting.will never eat at this location again
I hate this McDonald’s location. Worst one in Visalia. They always mess up my order even when I pay extra for something they don’t do it. Has happened numerous times. No attention to detail when filling your order or just laziness I don’t know but either way it’s a waste of money going here you won’t get what you want.
I went through the drive thru on 1/24/22 and the manager was sooo rude to me Her name was Madelyn. I kindly asked for a side of Mayo and was willing to pay for it and she said no they didn’t have Mayo packets either. Customer service was horrible I’ll never go there again. Also no napkins given #Fail
I definitely don't like the idea of not being able to fill my own drink.Especially when the cup is taken out of site. I understand that this pandumbic has everyone worried, but um no. And today I had to wait for help picking up a customers order. Not good mcd's. You signed the contract so make good your McWord.
Came to pick up doordash order. Waited 15min in the drive thru. Waited 10 min at the window, was told to park. Was waiting for about 30 min and order is still not finished.
I doordash and I've waited 1 hour before for ONE mcflurry. I'm even sitting I the drive thru right now and I've been in it for 30 mins for a McChicken meal. I'm guessing they have new hires but they arnt doing anything to help them. Kinda just leave them out to dry. How this place is allowed to stay open is beyond me. Either if your Ordering food or picking it up for delivery I would do everything you can to stay away from this place. Should be closed.
Pretty long wait times for the drive through, and consistently given the wrong order at pickup window. Also while doordashing, I had quite a rude encounter with the manager. Only giving two stars because they were willing to fix the order after going back.
Personally I work at a very busy restaurant and I understand first hand the struggle of being understaffed but we had the most frustrating drive through experience! We saw 3 workers total all working at the slowest pace and we waited close to an hour for food and I got nothing that I ordered correctly other than the drinks. We received a bag with 7 random “burgers” that didn’t even look to be made correctly. None of the workers cared and I could see them just walking around not doing anything. I tried flagging them down while we waited for food because we just wanted to cancel the order and they all plain out ignored me and watched me from the inside. Before we left the parking lot we warned others in line to just turn around and leave because it was clear no one in that establishment was there to work.
