DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISGUSTED! When me and my family went to this located Mcdonalds not only did my patty get bitten into, but We got some bad additude. FROM THE MANAGER. She was gonna make us go through the drive through for the 2nd time for 10 Piece chicken nuggets. She, the Manager said, "You know you should really listen next time and to window 1", even though she specificly said window 2, and no one was at window 1. What happened once again, we asked for an extra 10 chicken nuggets cause you know when you want nuggets, YOU NEED NUGGETS! So, when we tried too order some nuggets, and was gonna make us go thru the drive thru again and pay for it again. And remember we havent even paid yet, and fully finished our order yet. Please if you want to enjoy your meal and have a great time, dont go to Mcdonalds because I love Mcdonalds, and Im NEVER GOING EVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO TO MCDONALDS!!

McDonald's is fine I guess...I used to work there.I had an accident there.I don't eat there often.Incredibly poor for one's health.

Sat waiting on front counter for at least 5 minutes, managers made direct eye contact with me, and continued to talk about fighting some girls “ass”. I’m pregnant, and was only wanting to use the bathroom. Definitely don’t recommend, until they teach their managers to care about their customers.

I bought 2 meals with 2 large drinks on Saturday morning, February 12, 2022. I asked for a refill on my ice tea, they said no because the manager said they were too busy. Really!!I will not be back! Lost 2 customers. Very rude and hurtful!

Made a grubhub order, went through three drivers and had to call the stores three times before I even got an answer. An hour passed and the third driver said they kept him waiting and they were just sitting around. They said they never received an order but I have screen shots of what I ordered, when and what store. It was sent to. The driver previously told me they have had trouble with this store so I asked for a corporate number to look into the issue because obviously something is wrong and I already contacted grubhub. The lady who said she was store manager kept telling me to get a refund and I said I did but it doesn't fix the overall issue. I ask for the corporate number many times and she refused to give it. She was short tempered, evasive and rude. Horrible service. I told her I wasn't blaming them. I just wanted to contact corporate to fix this issue. I have worked retail and fast food. I don't know why it is so hard to give a corporate number.

VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES!! DISRESPECTFUL, INCOMPETENT, DIRTY WORKSPACE. Always a wait time of 30-50min on any type of order. Food is always cold and sloppy. Employees cussing at customers for no reason. Skipping orders and unsanitary environment. THIS McDonald's is an EMBARRASSMENT!!!!

Great service. Was disappointed that McDonald's stopped serving breakfast at 10 am. The reason I loved McDonald is because they used to serve breakfast all day. Oh well. I'll still continue to go because the coffee is the best I've ever had.

We went to this McDonald’s for midnight munchies one night, an we sat there at the speakers for close to 5mins. There was another car that was at the other speaker an had told us he was sitting there almost 10mins already. After another 6mims pass he pulls up to the windows to see what was taking so long, as so did we. We finally got a workers attention & it was only because he was grabbing a drink for himself. When he opened the window I asked what was going on he told us they were close. It was only 12:30 they close at 2, I said really you guys supposed to be open until 2am, he says idk that’s what the manager said.. if you were gonna close earlier you should’ve gave notice.. after I told the guy that he should let the other people know at the speaker’s because 6cars of people were sitting out there just waiting cause they think they’re open he just laughed an shrugged his shoulders an closet the window on me…. As we drove off more cars continued to pull in an we did the right thing by driving back an letting them know they were closed because the workers seemed to have not cared at all to let anyone know they weren’t open until 2am like they were supposed to be…. An mind you no holidays were on this day….. an they’re weren’t no special clean up crews in store neither. So what was the reason for??

First of all, you guys do not deserve $15/hr. Second of all, if I ask for fresh fries then I’m not asking for cold and hard fries. How is it that you guys want to make $15/hr but can’t even do your job correctly? It’s as simple as double checking the bag before you hand out an order. Instead, you guys forget someone’s dinner and expect them to go back and get it once they’re in the comfort of their own home after a 12hr shift? I’m good. On top of that they don’t even want to answer their phones. I literally kept calling for 15mins straight before they answered the phone.

This is probably one of my worst experiences at any restaurant. Stopped in today for some food. Order was taken and a receipt was not provided. Was asked to drive around, park and wait for my order. Food never came and I was approached by one person Who was trying to give out food. After that went to to try to get a refund to eat somewhere else. I was informed I could either take my food or not get a refund because I used Apple Pay and didn’t have the “original card”. I was also accused of being the problem because I wasn’t more “findable”. I had to go to the bank to perform a chargeback. Be careful with the location.I can understand being overworked, but that is no reason to think I am lying and try to rip me off.
