Quality of food is not great, but ok. Service is top notch, very friendly. But with the food, You get what you pay for unfortunately. (Might I add that there was nothing wrong with the food. It was just.. ok) only a few sushi rolls to choose from, and sushi was more rice than meat. The rice bowls were small in my opinion, but again, for how cheap they were I think the proportion was right for the price.
Absolutely terrible, called my order in 15 before. Get there, stand in a long line for 15 minutes, and get told my food wasnt started yet. Staff is slow and unmotivated, as well as the cooks

Really rude when placing an order over the phone unfortunately. I used to love the chicken salads but the portions have shrunk significantly. If you need to charge more then do it, but don’t cut down on the portions. Probably won’t come back again, too bad because we used to love Masarus.
I tried this restaurant for the first time during a weekday lunch. Even though the line was out the door I had my food in less than 10 minutes. It was delicious!
Food is ok when they get your order right. Customer service sucks. I went in to pick up an order as I was waiting while somebody else was on the phone on hold. The girl told the guy with the tattoos on his arm I have somebody on hold then he shouts out from the back well tell them to wait even longer and started laughing. So rude especially when there’s customers in the front waiting for food. Therefore I will never tip this place again. The owner doesn’t really care either I guess he rarely goes in. So it’s a free for all kind of place. Don’t tip for rude sevice. The big girls always have an attitude with customers. I will continue to be nice and polite as I always am just will never tip. Instead I’ll give it to the homeless guy that hangs out there outside. At least he’s appreciate the tip.

We stopped here passing through town. Our family was blown away. Everything was DELICIOUS. Great value. Fast and friendly service. Great find!
