They would rather throw 32$ worth of food away then take a 50$ bill and give back 18$ in change. Absolutely no common sense. There suggestion was to drag my kid to a nearby gas station to break the bill. Because stores love breaking bills for people not buying things.I let them throw the food away and went to somewhere that wanted to make money.Edit: Also looking at the order I put in on the App they tried to over charge me in the store by about $8. What a bunch of chumps at this store.
I don’t know how this franchise has become so popular. This was a lousy sandwich & it took nearly an hour to get it delivered. I ordered a Beach Club w/ Dijon mustard & onions. There was absolutely no Dijon. I took the sandwich apart looking for it. Also found only one tiny dot of avocado paste the size of a dime. Two ribbon thin onion strings about 2-3 inches long. The bread was hard & tough (couldn’t cut it with a sharp knife.) And worst of all, every other bite had a terribly bitter taste to it! Something was just not right. I even took the sandwich apart and tried to rebuild it as the meat & the tangled lettuce ball was falling out of the bread. It was useless! It was a terrible sandwich. I threw away 3/4ths of it! My friends sandwiches were all very much the same thing. We will not be ordering from any Jimmy Johns again, anywhere, anytime.
I love how they make you tip prior to receiving your online delivery order. Sandwich was not made the way I asked for (not to mention the mustard was one big pile in the middle of the sandwich. I honestly got a mouthful of mustard seed) and they gave me the wrong chips. Not a happy camper, especially when paying $40 for two subs and chips.Update: Manager offered to remake my sandwich. Thank you for making it right.
I believe a man named miguel with a small pony tail who works here should be advised about his attitude and unprofessionalism. I asked when my order would be ready and he spoke at me with anger and raised his voice for no reason. People like him shouldn't work in customer service, lost me and my families services

I got the number 1 it was great, staff were extremely friendly I did not expect the 16in to actually be 16in I thought it was going to do a Subway (for those who are unaware there was a controversy that Subway's 5 Dollar Footlong was not actually a footlong and instead it was under a foot)
