Very rude workers they were closed at 8am I asked a lady when will they open up again. She said, “We have alot going on.” With a nasty attitude they need a new staff or customer service I’m a regular here it’s not the first time so definitely not coming back to this location. The restaurant on Mooney Blvd has much better customer service. You can tell management and customer service lacks here it shows in the staff.
After a long day at work and even though I don't really like fast food I got in line and waited about 20 minutes to get my order last night. When I got home I found that one of my patties was missing from my sandwich. I called and let them know what had happened and was told that my meal would be replaced the next time I came in and my name was taken down. I came in just now and the lady who helped me told me that she wasn't going to replace the whole meal just the sandwich because that was the only thing that was wrong with it. It wasn't the same person I talked to yesterday. They did replace the sandwich and the bread was burnt. I am disappointed because I didn't get the full meal compensated as I thought I would and I had to waste gas coming back and my time since they made a mistake. Also it kind of sucks to eat a sandwich without the side dish and drink to go with it. I asked for a water. The service here is not great. There are two stars because for the most part the staff is friendly. The lady who replaced my sandwich might need some more help or training in the area of customer service.
Last visit there , they mixed up orders, so I had to wait longer in drive thru for my order, I heard one girl in back say, she forgot. ???

I am using coupon $7 of two sets combo extreme sausage breakfast, after tax $7.6 , but I was pay $8.49 include tax, I asking to casher is it lie for this coupon ? she said it is computer setting , they can't change?????? WHAT????? it is impossible I can't believe and acceptable, you are large company, Jack in the Box's coupon only a colour paper and lie, is not true for the price and depend their Company. I suggested using BOLD FONT write "all the price is depending computer setting" , it MUST show on the coupon .is it RIGHT!!!
Great place to eat food, but horrible service, just called to make sure they were open so I wouldn’t drive over there for nothing, only to be told,” Yea that’s why I answered the phone,” only to then get hung up on

The food was good, except they cook the eggrolls and jalapeno poppers TOO long. For the price, they should make the teriyaki bowls bigger, not smaller.
Very friendly location with a staff that cares about your food. Everything is made to order and is kept warm for you till you are at the counter or the drive-thru window. Amazing app deals will always be a plus for these locations, making good food made by an awesome team of employees affordable when you want to spoil yourself while on a budget. Their chicken game is kind of lacking and is often overcooked, making it difficult to want to order poultry from here again.
