Spinach and mushroom omelette is awesome… servers are awesome. BUT the pancakes have been cold and hard for the past month we have been going as we go every weekend. The butter doesn’t even melt :( Other than than everything else is great!! ?Update:went today 6-11-22 got the spinach and mushroom omelette… not one single mushroom in my omelette. Still tasted good but would have liked mushrooms in my spinach and mushroom omelette.
Noticed that mine and my wife's food was sitting on the counter waiting to be taken to our table while our waitress walked past it 4 different times ( also was not busy at all at the restaurant) so I spoke up and said are you ever going bring us our food and she gave me the excuse that the heat lamps keep are food warm and they were waiting on scrambled eggs when one already saw that they were up there and two scrambled eggs are the quickest thing to cook and all of are food was cold and honestly not appetizing at all
Jessica our waitress was amazing. She had outstanding customer service. I enjoy their Hoppy Hour menu. Huge portions and great prices
My waitress was super nice! You can’t use coupons specifically for that place unless you print it out tho it doesn’t say anywhere. The owner said “if you would ask our waitress before, then you would know” my response was “ I did ask and I was in the restaurant so what would be the difference? I wouldn’t have it printed it out because my email doesn’t say to do it nor does it say it anywhere?” The owner didn’t even know what to say and literally walked away from my table. Super rude! I didn’t feel comfortable after the way he treated me so I decided to leave even the waitress could see that I didn’t feel comfortable. I left my drinks there and we left to eat somewhere else. The Owner is the old white man standing in the front by the entrance. The rude one everyone talks about. He needs to work on his manners he should be nice like his staff. Grumpy old man should maybe retire and leave it to someone nicer to handle the business. Everyone on my table felt uncomfortable with him. Other people left as well.
Typically I give 3 of 5 stars as these places are very average. This time however, even though busy, they got us in quick. The staff was pleasant and they exceeded the standard!
HaD breakfast at visalia ihop.manager was here very friendly.tulare manager never available.service was excellent we were seated fast and they were busy.we ordered eggs.in tulare they were out if eggs no fish no sauceage and no chicken never returned.this one had every thing because we were a group.we got what we ordered and eat happy I will take the drive for good food and service.thank you
Had an early doctors appointments, stopped for breakfast afterwards. Very friendly staff and loved our server Summer. Very polite and attentive.

Had the best experience here two weeks ago. Our server was so sweet. My omelet was delicious and the service was awesome. Four stars because prices are a little high (everywhere).
