I watched them make their ice cream bases from scratch! I had no idea. Awesome, friendly service and great prices for home made ice cream with a hundred options to make it the way You Like!! OMGosh! So awesome on this Central Valley summer day.
Such a cute spot. My husband ordered a Oreo and cake batter mixture which he enjoyed. I ordered the vegan base sorbet with banana strawberries and pineapple inside. I didn't enjoy it and had to toss but totally could have been a failure on my ordering. The pineapple is very strong I regret adding it.
The staff here is very friendly and ready to help you select the right dish for your tastes. The selection is amazing, and after trying several options I have found them all to be delicious. Rolled ice cream isn't as dense, so it is a delightfully light treat with all of the flavor of regular ice cream. Plus it is fun to watch them construct your choice right in front of you.
There is a huge selection of gluten free, sugar free, and vegan options, but we were most impressed with the variety of vegan base flavors. Most ice cream places have one or two non-dairy flavor options but How We Roll has a bunch (try the test batch coffee flavor- it's amazing).
They are the absolute best place to get ice cream! They're super friendly and fast.
This place was super good. I've never had time ice cream & to be able to watch was pretty awesome. They were really nice even after I forgot to tell them about an allergy I have & they had to redo my setup. Highly recommend this place
Ice cream is great, and it’s a fun place to bring our friends and family. But there is a worker (she wears glasses, I believe her name is Jennifer) who has been extremely rude on multiple occasions. She definitely has ruined our mood multiple times… other than that it’s a great place and such a fun experience!

It was my first time here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I ordered a vanilla base with banana and mango. Didn't taste any fruit.
Vegan Ice Cream AVAILABLE!!! I think the vegan vanilla was more difficult to handle for the employees and my boyfriend and I feel bad giving them a harder time. But it was very delicious and nice employees with no long wait.
