When ordering my food it took till the second combo before saying they were out of soda. No sign was posted, then asked if I would like a shake or a water bottle instead. Asking if there was a price difference they said yes. Why are they offering something if it’s going to be a price difference, without telling a guest that. Then after making it to the window we could see ice cream area super messy even though they were all standing around doing nothing waiting for food to come up. They didn’t greet at the window and stated the food will be right up. After handing the food out the window nothing was told but just a window close. Not a have a good night or anything, I understand they were busy but the restaurant was dirty, customer service was awful.Not sure what the reasons for them being that but I’m not happy with the way the service was. Upon getting home we barely could even eat the regular fries due to a lot of salt being on them.
I had a problem and the sweet lady working, Mellisa was so pleasant and such a pleasure to speak with! She fixed the problem, apologized with a smile and made it all better! That employee should get a raise in those working conditions!
Wait time seems to be getting longer, took 10 minutes before someone took my order in the drive thru then another10 to get my orde(just ice cream). Other than that, family like going about twice a month for ice cream and sometimes food. If they can get that wait time down I would have i would give it another star.
Old school burger joint supreme. This place is the George Foreman of american burger houses. The only place you can get a true chocolate chip ice cream. You guys set the bar for everyone else!

my family and i had a great time as always. i appreciate the hard work that these young kids do. they were very patient with my family considering that they were very busy.
Disgusting facility!!! We have always loved to get milkshakes from here. But the condition of this place has gotten so bad. It stinks, it’s filthy and the workers don’t even wash their hands. Taking a look inside, from the drive through, I couldn’t even drink my shake. All the counter tops were covered with a mess. Buns left out of the package laying around on the counter top. The milkshake area was covered in every kind of topping they serve… The cups and spoons were really dirty when handed to us. Like when dirty hands touch a wet surface. Brown dirty wetness all over. Sadly, we will not be returning.Cannot believe the health department hasn’t shut this place down. Ew ew ew
