Stumbled across El Rosal on a stopover in Visalia. Looks nothing from the outside sited at a corner of car park - what a lovely surprise inside. Beautiful decor, walls & chairs hand painted with Mexican village designs & flowers. Very pleasant welcoming & efficient staff. Food was excellent, well cooked & fresh. We ate steak & shrimp, fish/shrimp fajitas with corn tortillas - all Delicious and lots of it. If you're looking for hearty , good value food - head to El Rosal. Would we eat there again? Answer: definite Yes
WAYYYY OVER PRICED!!!!This place is way over priced. I will not being going back. The food wasn't very good/authentic. The portions were very small for the prices. A lot of more Mexican food restaurants in the area.
One of the finest Mexican food restaurants in Visalia. Great refried beans and rice with flavor. I eat here whenever I’m in the area
Such a good place to go for our local family friendly neighbor Mexican restaurant. They forgot one item of our whole order, they were great about taking care of it and getting us a new order. So nice and made sure we were taken care of. Classic good Mexican food. Plus salsa is just right.
Great food, nice bar. They have a good menu. Although they have a great traditional salsa, I'd recommend their cabbage salsa as well. Decently priced. We go here often and I definitely recommend it!
Delicious! The Margie's tacos are amazing, the pozole is comforting, and the chips and salsa are divine ♡
