I ordered a Dutch rebel shark attack blended,I received it and all the colors were blended together like a lavender color. All the syrup was on the bottom and 5 drinks in I was drinking icy water. My husband ordered a cold brew cookie it tasted like watered down coffee zero flavor.
I'm not usually a fan of big corporate coffee shops so when my daughter wanted to stop at Dutch Bros I wasn't thrilled. I ended up getting a drink anyway. The employees are awesome! The drinks are tasty. I'm definitely a DB fan now.
My husband loves their coffee. I ordered something and got the wrong order. The staff is amazing and helpful only thing that sucks is the girl collecting and handing the drinks was really high... I thought that was inappropriate to work while one is high... ☹️
I have my favorite drinks which are always properly prepared. Dutch Bros has a very large menu to choose from. If you can't find a drink on the menu, just tell them what you want and they will make it for you.
Staff super friendly. We tried Carmelizer blended and electric berry sugar free blended. Quite happy with both.
I love all the choices they have. I have my favorites but like to try new drinks or their specials

Tried it when I first went to oregon and I loved it super stoked when I found out they were coming to town one of my favorite drinks is strawberry rebel with raspberry drizzle Blended of course. Try it some time.
I don’t do a lot of these reviews but for this one I had to. I am a pretty regular here I believe she said her name was kayla… ? she’s blonde and had braids…she simply was amazing to say the least. My order got messed up one was supposed to be large and she fixed it for me. Then it did not taste sweet enough so she gave me more flavor on the side without hesitation. Then asked if I or my family would like waters while they re made the drink. I’ll admit I may have been extra naggy and she went above and beyond to make my day as I was not having a good one at all. Such a bubbly personality and genuinely kind girl with a smile! Through the mask of course…she also made me laugh I felt like I was talking to someone I’ve met before. I haven’t seen customer service like this in a long time and never met any one friendlier give this girl a raise! 5 stars for dutch bros mooney
Had it not been as dark that night or had I paid close attention to my drink I would have returned it. Live to far away from this specific location but iced frap was mainly cool whip and not enough coffee, very upsetting being that I came from Sacramento knowing what a true Dutch Bros taste like. This was not the Dutch Bros I'm accustomed to.
