I was in the drive thru line since 9:48 p.m. (not including the time I was waiting in the parking lot line) and I finally get to the area I am suppose to order and they tell me "I am sorry but we are closed) so I have to wait to even get out of the line and I go around to ask the employees "what happens to those that were waiting in line before 10p.m.?" THen Carlos (store manager) comes out telling me where the line ended (mind you I was within the line) and that he has a lot of stuff going on and they are just closed!!! Simply rude customer service!!! Wish y'all would've done better training for your managers...
