I called in and placed an order I wanted three potatoes and they advised me that they only had two left so I made my order with those 2 and a 1/2 rack of ribs and when I got there the same guy that took my order told me that they just sold my two potatoes to an online order Then ask me if he can help me with anything else I am very disappointed in this establishment for having good food but poor customer service I drove across town wasted time and money the guy was lucky that I’ve humbled myself over the years I will never go here again while the one in Visalia no thank you.. apparently placing an order over the phone doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll get your order when you get there..
Ordered the pulled pork sandwich. The whole thing was cold. The Mac and cheese was crusty on top and tasted terrible. The bbq beans cold and tasteless. Got them off my bucket list.
Delicious..... good portions.. great prices... I enjoy every time I go, haven't been disappointed yet...
1st time going. Went with a cousin and great food and service. I WILL be back.
The wife and I went down for a pulled pork barbecue sandwich which was excellent. Nice seating and lots of choices.
Food was good And the young people that worked they were very friendly.
Great survice but the food was cold and had to take it back. Won't be coming back
Good food. Pretty expensive though.
The folks here were friendly and prepared our meals exactly as we asked. We loved the food and ate and another Dickeys (we were on vacation) because of our experience here. We would gladly eat here again.
Great texas style BBQ with all the fixings that come along with it.
