Ordered two moons over my-hammies. Got two plates without the ham. Said something about it and had to wait an additional 30 minutes because the cook was told we did not want the remakes after all. That was on top of our 30 minute original wait time. Manager said she would comp meals. She lied. Only God thing was Vanessa our waitress. She was awesome. She dud her best to apologize to us a d she seemed genuinely sorry. They need more people like her

So me and my wife thought that because there's just a couple of guests we would have a fast and good service, boy was I wrong. When walking through the doors we were not greeted or was helped for about 5 mins. With about 3 tables of people in the restaurant. Hardly anyone in the restaurant. Then we were seated and after about 20 mins before getting drinks. Then another 30 mins to getting are food. Just when me and my wife were going to leave are food came to use. So we stayed but one thing for sure this will be the last time we come here. This place sucks.food cold
I've been to many other Dennys before and I was treated very well , this shift at this Dennys seemed to not like serving . Especially one of the waitresses , we where being friendly but just could not get her to smile or be attentive .My dessert was terrible, it had ice cream on top of apple crumble but it was placed on a flat large plate so it melted quickly and all over by the time she brought it and said that's what happens. But that's not what it looks like at other Dennys where I've eaten it.I asked her to take it back and give me a crape and she got upset and rudely said that it would cost more.I didn't care , so I said it was fine so she brings me back a mini strawberry crape .Will never go back to this Dennys.
I am only giving 4 stars because we were not greeted when we walked through the door. Because other than that, the service was wonderful. Stephanie was our waitress. She made sure time and time again that we had everything we needed, and to make sure everything was okay. We are not one to complain at all. But I let her know my husbands biscuit was as hard as a rock. She even felt of it herself. Immediately took the plate back to tell the chef. She said "I know u are not one to complain, but this needs to be fixed now." But since we were already leaving, she took 10% off our bill without hesitation. We most definitely will be seeing this one again! Thank you ?
Jennifer was a fantastic server. She checked on us several times and accommodated all of our requests. Very pleasant with a smile. The fruit was fresh and meals prepared well.
