So we came in literally an hour before closing. Ordered our food and as I said “two orders of your beer batter fries” the lady behind the counter said “no fries, fryers off” please tell me why your fryer is off so early?? This is the only reason I came because I know your fries are so good ??♀️

Disappointed. Love the barbq chicken and paid for extra sauce. Did not get the extra sauce. Paid for extra ranch. Didn’t get it. I asked for toasted & they didn’t toast. I hadn’t had deli delicious in awhile because we don’t live in town. This was definitely not worth the drive into the city. 100% not worth the $16 I spent on the small sandwich. I don’t recommend this location.
Their fries had TOO MUCH seasoning and the order for my sandwich wasn't cut nor did they follow instructions on the works ?♀️ and to top it off I didn't get ranch either like nope never ordering here again.

I went in for two sandwiches and some fries I ordered a large fries they gave me a small and too top it off they charged me for a 8 dollar tip I didn’t agree too. This is honestly really unprofessional.
