Way over cooked, under seasoned. Except the corn, that was undercooked. Not impressed at all, especially at this price point. Sorry ?
Great food! I've been wanting to try this place for a long while now, and my husband and I finally drove to Porterville to do it! The food is awesome! I'd never eaten crawfish before, so that was a fun learning experience. The sausage, corn and potatoes are delicious! And I definitely recommend using the bibs they provide. We ended up trying a second time, and this time we took it home to eat. We dumped the bag into an aluminum tray for easier access to eat. We got medium sauce both times, and the second time we got a side of the hot dipping sauce. I think medium is the perfect level of spice. we will definitely be back!
I couldn’t finish my bag it was so big, and the sauce is amazing! My order was ready so fast too! I will definitely be coming back to try to the garlic noodles and the sticky rice! ??

I have bought from here a few times but the last time I decided to add crab legs I was a little disappointed about them because most of it don’t have much meat & were empty but other than that the bag was delicious the sauce is really good ??
My shrimp was over cooked and mushy , my corn undercooked and hard . When brought to the owners attention they chose to respond to my post but very rude customer service and then blocked my account . 1/10 don’t recommend & there’s lots of reviews to back me up on this . Save your money and drive down to Fresno!
Reason I gave one star because their site claims they're open until 6 pm. I tried calling and ordering at 4 pm and they're not even open. So misleading and disappointing smh. I was looking forward to buying the family platter. I guess I won't be trying again especially because this is my second try already and could not order.*Edit (3/29/2022): Not trying to be an a**hole but noticed that they responded right away on the review (even took time to type out response) but is too bz to pick up phone for orders.
This place I loved it bt tbh I went this past Sunday and idk if it's bcs the owners got new ppl bt no flavor bland the sauce tasted like nothing but butter very disappointing the shrimp were soggy and the corn was not even sweet it was hard still definitely lost its touch
