Had never experienced going to Chuck E Cheese and have none of the games work. Added minutes to play and didn't get to use that time do to none of the games working. They asked for our info to get back to us and until this day we haven't received any feed back. Very bad experienced, my little ones were upset we had to leave the place and they couldn't enjoy any of the games.
You pay about $17 for 40 "tokens" that's the cheapest. You play a game that's 1 and maybe win 2 tickets. 4 of us got 300-400 each. A regular sized airhead is 100 tickets. So for almost $80 worth of tokens we could get about $10 actual worth of prizes. About half of the games wouldn't even give you your tokens. One game the amount of tokens you get os the same for 0 points up to 999. Which is 2 tickets or 1,000-7,000 for 4 tickets. It's not worth the money anymore. It's like it now costs more and you get even leas than you used to.
Love that my kids get to enjoy themselves and I wont have to entertain anyone when we have parties here.
It was my grandson birthday, he loved it that's all that matters. It was busy got are food in timely fashion. Lots of games.
I want to start by saying MAX needs a raise! He was super amazing and made my daughters birthday that much better. Thank you sooooo much Max! It was a great experience ♥️
We were invited to a birthday party and it was fun. Salad bar is great and the staff was friendly and helpful, considering the high stress from shortage of staff. The thing I noticed was empty sanitizer stations and quite a few games/ machines were not in working order.
The kids love the place. The food seems improved and you can even get a beer with your dinner. The new card system for the games is nice, too. No more carrying around tons of tickets for the prizes.
Horrible service, the manager was harassing us about masks. The manager sent the hostess to spy on us playing the games. It was just a horrible experience, this manger and the staff need more training, in customer service .
The prices are. Freakin. Ridiculous!!! I cant believe it !!, its a dam shame not all parents can take their kids there !%!%@ the the wine n beer prices are. just aa bad. Ill not go back there. Screw u guys !%@^@^@??
Love the time spent there with my 3 year old son. Always a good place to hang and the manager and staff have Ben more then helpful.
