Food quality was good but portions were HORRIBLE. I got a chicken salad bowl and it barely filled half the bowl for $12.53.Supposed to be “Keto Bowl” with lots of cheese and guac. Technically a Chicken Salad, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Cheese, Guacamole. It’s so sad how poor the portion control has gotten.
Walk up and see this.(see first photo below)Employees we ok nothing special just going threw the motions.(I get that) It wasn't busy.Next asked for rice, reply we are out. I am thinking ok... this is how it is going to go..Substandard portions. Stale chips. Pay. Then see this...(second photo). I had not been to a Chipotle since November. Safe to say I will not give my hard earned money to this establishment any time soon. Big disappointment.

For some reason, this location, Mooney Blvd, Visalia, is very stingy with the portions. I ordered burrito bowls and they are delicious, but they were very stingy with everything. Also ordered chips and guacamole and the portion of chips seem to be half the size they used to be.
Support any locally owned Mexican restaurant over this out of touch franchise. Prices went up and portions went down, not great. The winner behind the counter also gave me grief about a bandana as a mask to order. Require a mask to order but not to sit down and eat, makes sense.
To be clear this review is not based on the food or service of this location, all that was good. My thing is the portion they give for a “large” guac. It looks more like a small! I know things have gone up in price but dont do smaller portions chipotle ?
Horrible customer service, apparently if you don’t have a mask they won’t serve you or even bother to offer you one. I won’t be coming here no more since I don’t like wearing mask!!!
Very fast and friendly service. There portions are very generous and I thought my food was worth every penny. For everyone saying they’re skimpy with the portions, all you have to do is ask for more. Very simple. I will return.
I never leave reviews but I felt this needs to shared..We have enjoyed going to Chipotle in the past. But this particular location has been going down hill since the last few years. It really started after the pandemic- the amount of portions of meat, beans or rice have been cut back almost in half- no joke! You pay extra for it. Each time we would return we would go- in hopes they would “redeem” themselves but yet again they failed. Plus, they raised their prices astronomically! But wait: there’re more.. the MOST infuriating thing is they absolutely REFUSED to serve me food whatsoever. I could not get food to eat!And no, it’s not because of that policy that says “no shirt, no shoes, no service.” It’s solely based upon the so-called “mask mandate” (which by the way, is NOT the law) please do your due diligence and look it up! They were blatantly rude and arrogant and could really care less about customer service. They did NOT SERVE!!! Shame on you- CHIPOTLE!I KNOW there are many who have encountered such things and haven’t spoken up. It told me EVERYTHING I needed to know when I was the only one ordering in person, especially in a busy hour. They’re lines used to be out the door- not anymore!
Went in to have dinner with my family tonight and after standing in line for several minutes and employee came out from the back to tell us we had to put masks on. I told her that is guidance and not a law (yes that is a fact, look it up). She said well its a mandate and we won't serve you without one. She was beyond rude and hollering at us across the restaurant. I told her we would go take our money elsewhere. Went to Raising Canes and was politely served. These businesses need to understand there is no enforcement piece with this mandate. They posted the sign, enough. We will no longer eat at this location.
