Picking up the meal that my daughter ordered nice young man behind register who noticed I wear a cocular implant who immediately signed. Problem was upon getting home and they had forgotten to include drinks for kids meals and had not put sauce on my daughter's wings. When she called gentleman was rude and told her to bring wings back. While talking to him she asked him to add an order of chips and guacamole to our 2nd pick up. He proceeded to tell her they were way to busy with graduation and didn't have time to add anything else. She said I can't buy on order he then said sorry he thought she wanted it free, she said no. When she got there he took her wing box to the kitchen and gave it back to her. She asked if they replaced the wings and he said he didn't know. His attitude was not called for as we frequently dine there. Just saying I was disappointed and I had added a 15.00 tip on the charge.
Terrible customer service. The servers had attitudes from the moment we asked for extra ice. We were told because of the ice shortage that only mixed drinks (for the bar) were priority.One order for a meal was brought out 5-7 minutes before appetizers and when I spoke to a manager he shrugged his shoulders and said he can’t predict what food comes out first. Being in the service industry, one should know when serving if there is no order in the kitchen once you put the ticket through you enter the appetizers grab the drinks and then come back after the drinks to put in for the meal.. from that moment forward the server would walk past the table and set the food down and moved forward so quickly without asking us if we needed anything. We had to ask the host for silverware. I imagine this problem stems from poor management. Hopefully y’all get better.
We encountered rude employees from the host, server and management. They gave us drinks with no ice, they dropped one person's food before the appetizer, avoided our table and when we talked to management, they just looked at us. Seems like a management issue, if he doesn't care, why should his staff? Tattooed guy with beard and man bun. Don't waste your money at this location, if you complain about your experience, the entire staff will talk about you, stare and make your experience worse than the actual service.
I came in and asked for a table to be put on the list only to find out 20 minutes later the purple haired manager didn’t even put me on it, they took 50 minutes to bring me my food and when they finally did it was the wrong order and I had to wait longer also didn’t bring my friend his drink till my order came out an hour later. Unfriendly, disorganized, and just plain rude workers I am never coming here again if I could give them no starts I definitely would. Highly do not recommend.
Hit or miss. The food is not bad. The service is alright. Very fast food themed. I love the fact that I didn't get food poisoning, that's always a plus. Although, the food could be fresher, the service could be better. The atmosphere is awesome. Also, the cleanliness is well in decline. So, 3/5.
The food i ordered was great hot delicious and crispy honey BBQ wings were tasty fries were hot crispy and not to salty. The buffalo chicken sandwich i did not like the taste to much vinegary sauce everything else was great wings fries and whatever else my nieces ordered. The staff was fast and friendly the food came out hot and fast took about 10 to 15 minutes to get our whole order from the time we entered and sat down. February 19th 2022 1:15pm

Yesterday we celebrated my Grandsons 21st ? Birthday at Buffalo Wild Wings in Visalia. He was totally looking forward to ordering his first ? Beer. It's was ridiculous having to wait 1 hr and 45 minutes for a table. The Wing's were rubbery(Yuk)..... I remember when I went lady year the wings were great, I wonder ?if they have a different cook. The price is a bit higher, I understand prices go up, but the quality of the food should be worth the price. The restrooms were very dirty? and there was trash all over the floor in the restaurant. They seriously need better training for the Staff. They are so disorganized all the Staff looks lost, however them mingling amongst them selves might be taking their time to focus. I know there's customers that can be difficult and that's stressful and frustrating, those are the customers we want to escort out?. On a serious note to the management, if you would train your staff coordination and team work HELPS when your restaurant is at full capacity. Hopefully my next visit if any will be a more pleasant? experience.
