I always go to blaze at Fresno, but I went to visit family in Visalia. I dinned in, everything was clean, except the food containers. I didn’t get everything I wanted because there was high cross contamination (I’m vegan). Like the tomato sauce had a lot of cheese on top, the tomato was mixed in with different of other toppings and it looked very mushy With a color white. I get all eye acceptable topping for my pizza and now I have food poisoning. I don’t know what it was but I got it after eating here. So it’s probably the cross contamination or the food was out too long ( out of the fridge). Love Blaze pizza but was very disappointed at This location.
Short staffed. They work quickly. The staff there were good listeners making sure the items on my pizza were what I wanted. Pizza cooked just right!
Fast service and a great value. 3 individual pizzas for just over 30 dollars. Can't feed 2 kids plus myself for less than that. Nice clean dining area. Great selection of toppings.
Went here on a Sunday afternoon (LSOB). Parking was easy to find and it wasn't too packed.My friend had a coupon for a free 11 inch pizza with any toppings. There's a few dough options to chose from from thick crust, thin and gluten-free. You can also choose your own sauce, cheese and various toppings on the pizza. They serve beer here too (2 craft beers and macros). Pizza takes about 5-8 minutes to cook.We chose various toppings on the pizza. The dough had a nice crunchy exterior. Nicely cooked. Easy to eat.Overall, a very welcoming environment. Pizza was good overall. Great place to bring your family. I recommend coming here.
Ordered my pizza to go . Only two other families were there. It wasn't busy at all. I leave to head home and I live across town and open my pizza and realize it the wrong one. Tried to call no way of getting a hold of the restaurant. Drove back to blaze and since I had the wrong ordered. Once I got there I proceeded to tell them it wasn't my pizza and they then had me my pizza that's been sitting out for 20ish mins by then. I said is it even warm and they put it back in the oven and send me out without offering to make a new pizza, nothing. I got home and the pizza is cold from sitting out that long even after the put it back in the oven. I don't feel safe eating the pizza. Very disappointed in the way they handled their mess up. It's fine to mess up but you make it right. You don't act like it wasn't a big deal. At least Compensate or try to make it right.
I will give it a 3 star, only because this past Friday I went was probably the worse experience I’ve ever had all the other times I’ve experienced good attitude and professionalism. I want to start of by saying on 4/01/22 around 7PM or 8PM the girl on the line prepping the pizza your attitude was poor. The guy that was helping us initially was in such a good mood but you seemed so annoyed for whatever reason. You just seemed like you were throwing the toppings on the pizza and not even trying I understand you guys were busy but when we are paying customers we would still like our food to be made accordingly. The worse part was the fact that when you were restocking your station you first touched all the meats. Chicken, bacon, pepperoni, ham, salami but you didn’t change your gloves you went and touched the veggies and fruit. You crossed contaminated everything you touched. I’ve worked in the food industry Specifically pizza me n edd, Howies pizza dominos and Pizza Hut. You might need to be retrained in cross contamination. Because everything should have been thrown out after your dirty gloves touched the pineapple. Also being that it was a Friday you should have had extra mushrooms and Parmesan cheese. It was disappointing that we couldn’t have any mushrooms on our pizza.
Took my son for first time today he really liked the pizza. Workers are nice food is very good plenty of room to sit and eat. Will definitely go again. Hopefully they have beer on tap next time wasn't working. Is still very good food and lots of seating.
We ordered online we got here 20 minutes later they haven't even started our order and they don't have cauliflower crust they're not even offering us a drink while we wait. Not very happy with the service. Why use online ordering if they can't even get it together.
Just wanted to give a shout out to a worker at blaze Pizza for his patience and always washing his hands. His name was Fernando. It was about a week ago when I went out to blaze Pizza with only two people working that’s bananas and the gentleman still had patience.I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what the case is but in my opinion that’s bad management to only have two workers..There was a young lady working I didn’t catch her name but she was awesome too very patient.My hat goes off to both of them.Thank you Fernando for your work I really appreciate it and serving me that day because I didn’t feel like cooking from a hard days of work and you were still patient even though you were under pressure with that long line behind me thank you for your great customer service and a great pizza.
Food was super oily the bbq looked like watered down to translucent, no half boxes had to put my leftovers in with my daughter's carnivorous pizza. Otherwise the service was good and the place was clean, just highly disappointed with the food at this place. I'd go again but omit the olive oil drizzle it's oily enough as is.
