So, this place is completely understaffed or has under trained staff. I sat at a table for 20 min, quite literally, and was not served a drink. I'm not sure why im still sitting here but I've waited almost 40 min to be served pho. I literally heard a guy across from me mention that his pho was cold. And my family member got the wrong order. Idk this place is time consuming I wouldn't recommend.
First off let me say that Sayuri was an awesome hostess/server! The prices are reasonable, the food delicious and the atmosphere was comfortable. No reservations needed unless there are 6 or more in your party. Definitely worth checking out.
Great Pho soup. I highly recommend this place. Our server was really attentive. I'm glad I tried this place out, it was super clean. The waiting period for our food was less than 10 min so that's a plus.
Waited an hour. Girls at the front need to learn to communicate. We were a party of 2. This party of 4 that came in after us 20 minutes later. Mind you, we were both doing BBQ. They got called first. It’s not that hard to follow a list SMH! I would give this place a zero if their was an option. Also, y’all need to train your staff to move with a sense of urgency and purpose. Especially when it’s busy. It’s not that hard lol. Overall, we didn’t get seated and left.
I love the peppered chicken, and peppered shrimp my favorites.

I guess I can’t put no stars. So I’ve been here a few times. I’m not going back. Someone might ask why. I like to give local restaurants chances. I get it it’s busy. I’ve worked at restaurants before for many years. First time I ordered calamari, I didn’t get it. Second time waited 30 minutes to be seated I didn’t pay attention. Finally, Last Sunday again I waited 45 minutes they say it’s 30 minutes and was watching and pay attention. Now I know why. A couple just came in, no wait, no sign in. Got a seat in 10 minutes. That was the final straw. If you do go, pay attention.
Food is great and with lack of labor, I understand why they have long waits. Where they miss the mark is in their honesty with realistic time periods. We had a phone order and were told 15 minutes. It was actually 30 minutes and they seem disorganized.
Good food, wait was long, but they do have a sign up explaining no one wants to work so they're short staffed. Staff was friendly and helpful. will be going back
