Lots of food for the price. The meal comes with rice, steamed cabbage and broccoli, a creamy macaroni salad and the entree you pick. I really loved the pineapple smoothie. So refreshing on a hot summer day after walking Sequoia National Park.
Super friendly staff that will give recommendations if you have trouble deciding on what to order, clean bathrooms, and amazing food. I recommend the coconut smoothie! Will definitely return.
So today my crew and I were super excited to place a huge order for a very beloved crew member that will be leaving. We ordered a large order and went to pick it up as well. The restaurant forgot to give our drinks to the person picking up the order. Then when the food got here we were missing a plater. I politely called the restaurant and informed them of the missing items. I spoke to a young man and he stated he would inform the kitchen that they missed the order and that the drinks are ready for pick up. So our coworker drives all the way back and they refuse to give him the missing plate. The restaurant manager demanded him to bring back the complete bad with all orders before they would make him the missing plater. We paid in full, we had to do a double trip, and we were not even refined the plater. We all work in the medical field and only have a 30 minute lunch, aside from that people already ate the orders that they purchased all aside from the missing order and with receipt in hand it was still not corrected. What a shame truly. Very disappointed in the customer service.
Takes me back to the north shores of Oahu at a little food truck stop in Haleiwa. So good! Can't pass up the Kalua Pork plate.
Was looking for something different and have never tried Aloha Express. We had the BBQ mix combo wow the size was excellent and the flavor was great, will DEFINITELY order again. Glad we tried it.
Excellent food. Great Service. Awesome atmosphere. They are usually genuinely busy so it's a good idea to order online or call in your order. I love the family dinner, loco moco and spam musubi.
Aloha express employees are very rude and have no customer service. Tried to explain to a manager that one of my orders was completely wrong and all she kept saying was there was nothing that can be done other than to place another because she had other customers to attend. Sad to say but last time I’ll be there, they don’t care about their customers satisfaction other than just to make sales.
I'm originally from Hawaii but grew up here in California and I'm so happy I found a place that has some local grinez(food) that I've been wanting & craving for like ever. The chicken katsu was the BOMB & so happy got the sauce this time 1st time ordered through doordash & never get the sauce & the Katsu is nothing without the sauce so I'm so happy got it this time around.
Amazing shaved ice! So different than you normally get. Highly recommend.
