Great customer service, girl at the counter(sheyli) super friendly and helpful. Wings and fries fresh and hot. Been coming here for a while and never disappoints.
Food was great, asked for extra well done and Team member Isaiah was the cook that night & it was fire! ? The cashier Destiney was very friendly especially with a rude customer that had came in at the same time. Fast food is not an easy job now a days!! Some of these comments are hilarious people ordering from DoorDash and then complaining it’s cold ?
I ordered extra sauces on the side before I got my order. The place was busy and it was a long wait but I understood and was patient. When I finally got my order, I went to my car to check for my extra sauces. I didn’t see them, just the sauces that were included with my order. I go back inside and I tell the girl at the counter that they weren’t in there. She goes to one of the girls who’s packing the orders and she indirectly says that I’m lying and rudely explains that she did put them in there. I’m thinking she put them in someone else’s order by accident. Then another lady steps in, who’s super nice by the way, gives me my sauces. I wasn’t rude back or anything, I just didn’t appreciate being called a liar about extra sauces that I had to pay for. There’s literally no point in me lying, why would anyone want that many sauces. This place would’ve gotten one star if it wasn’t for the nice lady who stepped in.
So spicy, yet so tangy on the original spice level. A 20 minute wait, but it was busy so it was very reasonable. If your a wing person, I would recommend a original spice level.
This place was horrible, the service was one of the worst I have ever experienced anywhere in my life I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Got a hair not once but twice, first inside the cup of soda, second on the ranch. Asked to speak to the manager I explained to him but to my surprise he didn’t t seem to care, Employees super rude saying out loud we we’re lying. WORST EXPERIENCE. Employees are in charge here not the manager.
Awesome food, lots of sauces varieties, better to call the order in, in person took me 42 minutes, awesome stuff

These people are so rude. We wanted our sauces on the side. I ordered online and then called them and told them I wanted it on the side. The kid on the phone agreed, said he wrote it on the order. Come to pick up our food. Sauce on all the wings. The note he wrote was scratched out. A rude girl comes up and told me I should have cancelled my order and ordered plain and then paid extra for wing sauces. Um.... Instead of tossing the wings you would have poured it into a cup. So now here we wait even longer to have it remade when it should have been done correctly the first time! I should have read reviews before ordering because I definitely would not have placed a $150 wing order to be treated poorly. Definitely do not recommend ever coming here. They just need to be shut down or get a whole new friendly staff
Extra salt was put on my fries and so much salt was on my chicken. I didn't eat it, it was a waste of time. The staff was nice though.
Everything was incorrect, nothing was even warm, I like my wings HOT. I asked for 'wet wings. Not only did they not wet them, they were drier than usual, Original Hot should have a little sauce normaly.. this time nothing, dry. The fries were actually cold, it was the stuff at the bottom of the fryer that was soaked in grease, dark brown from cook ing too long. All overcooked. Asked for extra fry seasoning. Had almost none. And last but not least, my drink seal had been broken. Worst experience at wingstop ever
