Haven’t had wingstop in a while but today was extremely special and the staff was amazing .. I will be back.
Best service and wings in the high desert!
Went here for dinner on 02/03/2022 and service was horrible. I ordered my food and waited thirty minutes only to be told they forgot about my order. I had already asked once before and the lady that took my order said they were working on it which was not true. On top of the inconvenience the attitudes of the cashiers were not good I sure wouldn’t want these people running my store. I asked for a refund and now have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back. Shift lead was Raelin I believe people should be accountable when providing a service. Managers definitely need to make some changes as I can see from other reviews that the staff has been rude to many other customers.
This is one of the most expensive ill ran establishment they ever placed in any center, the way people have to work two an three jobs their prices are out of rediculous. After spending 66 dollars they actually wanted to charge us an did 1.00 more for a second small container of Ranch. Ibwill never go there again an the chicken was dry.
I tried the chicken thigh nuggets they were cooked to perfection great job Wingstop.
If I could give my experience with this Wingstop a zero, I would. We were missing 1/3 of our $60 order and the corn was not seasoned according to our order making it completely inedible for my kids. The manager was rude and condescending and proceeded to give me the phone number for a "district manager" that wasn't even valid. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. And on top of that, they didn't even refund a penny.
Worse wingstop in the entire high desert. Service is slow and the staff is very dismissive.
What can I say. Its been a minute since I've had wings but today they melt my soul. The staff were so pleased to be around and super nice. Thank you Wingstop for not changing and being the best
Went there a couple of days ago ordered for my husband the chicken was not cook right and some was still red in the middle it was to hard to chew
This was my first time coming to wingstop and it definitely wont be my last . I loved it !
