This place gets worse every time I go. This time around, they apparently can’t read. As you can see, I didn’t get the cheese or the cucumbers I put I wanted. Similar issue for my bf’s sandwich. We had both gotten fries and only received one. When it was brought up, one of the workers said we had only ordered one. We showed both bags had fries marked and she said “well I didn’t charge you for it.” Another customer in the store had the exact same issue as us. I’ve worked in a similar store before. It’s not that hard to read what the customer literally wrote, or in this case marked, and put what was requested.
Would not recommend. Staff wasn't rude or anything, just service was lacking. They forgot multiple items and food took awhile to get out to us.Maybe in the future I can update this to a better review, but my first time there was not enjoyable.In their defense, they only had 2 people working and one was one the younger side, so maybe more staffing and better training would help.
I loved my vegan sandwich!! I've never been to a which wich before. I built my own because the black bean (vegan patty) and avocado just didn't have enough veggies for me. I will definitely come back. This is the only "chain" sandwich shop that I know of that carries a vegan patty (and that by itself had good flavor!). I will get a smaller sandwich though (or expect to eat the rest later maybe ?. The way I did it was super filling!
This is the worst of the sandwich shop chains. The ingredients are not bad quality, but the sandwich was bland and dry. I don't know if it was supposed to taste that way or they forgot to put dressing on it. Plus too many onions, I had to take them out. Also, it's not clean inside. Only had one worker, who looked stressed.
I first worked here when they just opened in October of 2017. This was my first job ever and they did such a terrible job training me. I didn't know how to provide customer service, and anytime I asked for help from the staff I was yelled at. The boss there also yelled at me and I was so terrified to ask for help. Don't ever come here, they treat their staff so horribly.

Ordered from here using grub hub today, Ididn't get what we ordered, I ordered the wicked sub and got no ham, roast beef, pepperoni, pepper jack, tomato, lettuce or mayo.
Just visited this restaurant with my gf , was not impressed.When we walked in no greeting no explanation on how to order food.Sandwiches took forever to be made. No urgency at all and they don't give no eye contact not even a thank you won't come back.
