This Wendy's has great food. It just always taste so fresh and this locations fries........a must have ??
Not seeing my previous review anymore, but went to Wendy’s a few days ago, and the order taker Rose was awesome. Super patient and fast, was not rude at all handed the food to me with a cautionary that the fries were very hot. Lovely attitude to customers! Complimented my kids hair. However the girl next to her, didn’t catch the name was not sharing the same attitude. Overall good service.
I visited Wendy’s tonight and the whole interaction was weird. One person took the order and the other was the cashier. The issue occurred when I was charged a la carte instead of it being a meal. When I brought this to their attention, the cashier relayed the message to the order taker and she would in turn tell the cashier what to tell me. The order taker began to get annoyed because they kept trying to dismiss me without making corrections to my order then finally then brought in a 3rd party to give my 91cents change.as if I was wrong for having common sense. Why would I pay $10 when I could $9 for the same thing? They lacked communication skills and comprehension.
Friendly service, Nice people. Burgers are good. When you order from drive thru make for sure you ask for ketchup (fries) if you ketchup and more napkins. They gave me 1 napkin and no ketchup
The food was good but the service is extremely slow. There were not alot of customers. Saw a few people walk out because they got tired of waiting and other customers commented on the service.
Another store who ignores delivery orders and customers in the lobby. We should no longer expect ANY sort of customer service.
Loved it. Totally recommend.grtting.tjr frosty key chain for.two bucks to always get a mini frosty all year
Horrible service , Male worked did not catch the name was working the drive through and he was extremely rude and tossed the food at us. Not to mention he is talking with a female employee with blonde hair (dyed blonde ) about personal life matters and being super loud and the female flipped him off and they were cursing at each other, I’m a joking matter, I’m a friendship setting this is whatever however they are at work serving people and they were not kind at all, my food was all messed up but I just didn’t even want to spend time going back because of the horrible experience, I come here frequently and had never had this encounter until today.they even refused to give me my receipt.
Good place to stop for dinner on a long trip. Staff was nice and the food was made right. Staff seemed new and really busy but that is how things are right now. They did well.
Maria is awesome!! The dining room is great too! The restaurant is very well kept and clean.
