I have a mixed review. I went 1 time and the lady was so nice and the food was awesome. Went tonight 5/7/22 ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato they didn't give the sour cream, ordered a kids meal w ckn nuggets and they only gave 3 nuggets and no sauce, then got a biggie bag w a double stack the meat was pink w spicy nuggets and they only gave 3 nuggets and no sauce for this bag. Also got another biggie bag and there was no sauce in that bag either. These peeps are over paid and underdeliver. Someone must have been hungry at 754 pm. I would have given a 1 star because of the missing food but the lady from the first time made the second star.
It really wasn't anything very special. I ordered the four items for $5. It included a small soft drink, fries, chicken nuggets, and a choice of four different burgers. Mine was a junior cheeseburger deluxe. And that was the item that really wasn't very special. If you're hungry though, $5 will fill the hole.
I liked this place a lot. But they want so much money for the baked potato with cheese and bacon, I had to take away one star. I know what you must pay for a baked potato. It's not close to what you are charging. The price can't be jumping that much. The food was good otherwise and the staff were very kind.
The food was consistent, but somehow at the drive though, but when I asked the drive through cashier for my receipt, she stated, "It's in the bag."Before driving off, I checked, and it was not in the bag. Apparently, they didn't have receipts available, but she didn't want to be bothered by it, so I was told to drive around to the front parking lot and wait for four or five minutes while they brought one out to me. I don't know the reason that the staff would be taught to tell customers that they themselves had put a receipt into a bag when it wasn't, but this sort of deception is very strange and I would strongly suggest that the Wendy's Corporation make it clear to their workers that if a customer asks for a receipt, which is a legal requirement if the customer asks for it, that they be given one without playing games.
