I wish I would have gotten the young man name..I would like to give him a shout out on an amazing job he did today. Talk about taking pride in his work. He was cleaning, taking order and even cooking. Sadly, the other co-work was doing dishes and once he was done, he just told the guy he was taking his lunch which the guy was shocked because the place was very busy and left him hanging. Now, that guy needs to be fired, leaving your co-work out to dry like that, now that sad. I watch this guys cook take off gloves put on new gloves made sure he didn't contaminated anything. He had a tattoo on left hand I want the right guy to get the credit. I order plants base bowl. I hope this guy gets a raise. Now, this is what customer service is all about. He made my day seeing someone really caring about his job and the customers. Now, he should get paid $15.00 an hours, if not more, manage material. Thanks for taking good care of me and all the other customer you service today all om your own.
Worst WaBa Grill I’ve been to. To start, they don’t greet the customers. They only accept cash, they don’t have WaBa sauce to go or to add yourself, their fountain drinks are not working so only drinks from the fridge available, the two only employees dress like their gunna chill at home and they are constantly in and out from the store , lastly they don’t even chop their onions …got complete pieces of the green onion on my plate.
I love this place SO MUCH!! Me and my family always come here. They definitely do deserve that A rating!!! The staff is friendly and the bowls are delicious??.
I don't know about this location... The staff was cool and friendly. However I guess there was a problem with their bathroom and it was adding a bad smell to the environment.Also I normally order the steak and rice but this location did something or changed the sauce. Food was ok but I didn't like the sauce that was all over the meat.Maybe they used waba sauce? Which I don't like at all.
It used to be a really good place to enjoy food.. Now the girls looks like they’re fighting in the back, one of them smoking by the back door with a pipe, the girls who attends the register eating while she “works” you can see her food inside her mouth… and the worst you can taste the meat is uncooked… ? Besides no napkins, water fountains and the restroom is not on service?. I won’t ever come back.
I love Waba for the healthy options, only down side is the portions are actually too small. I ordered the combo for 7.99 and my coworker next to me said what a tiny snack, lol, while she held her nice sized portion of healthy teriyaki chicken from the Chinese restaurant right next door. I kinda felt ripped off. If you can fix this, I'll be back.
Rude! Employees can't manage to speak a full sentence without walking away or an eye roll. Have been waiting 10 min for food and still nothing. 2 others at counter have been waiting at least 15. First and last time ever coming here. For the price service should at least be the bare minimum but they can't manage that. Lady taking orders did absolutely nothing to help the other person actually working. Soda fountain isn't working but weren't told that the bottled was for combo meals until we asked. That question was met with a scoff and an eye roll. Will never be back here. Should have read all of the 1 star reviews before ever walking through the door.
This location needs better customer service. The girl who took my order was rude to my wife and when we got our order the rice was hard and they had no veggies for our bowls. This is the second time we go and they are out of veggies and avocados. We lovevwabba grill and we were dosapointed with this location. Although it was very clean and i can tell the crew was working hard.

This is the third time I ordered pot stickers through delivery and they gave me no sauce. Thanks for nothing now I have dry pot stickers once again I will not be ordering from there again if they really can't afford to add sauce
