My daughter placed an order around 1 pm today 7/6/22 via Doordash and she said we're going to pick it up. Around 1.20pm the doordash message my daughter that the order is ready to pick up. We went at the said location. After 5 mins my daughter was not able to to get the food and the staff said she had to wait for about 7 mins. She waited but the food is not yet ready. I went inside and asked the staff if the food is ready and told me that he just pulled out the chicken and has to grill it. I would understand if there's a lot of people inside ordering but no customer inside placing an order. I told the staff to cancel it. I don't know what the staff are doing inside. Terrible experience.
I work near by this location I’ve tried ordering 4 times at this location I take lunch at 9:30 I am only 2 mins from this location and every time I have went they are out of chicken and streak or one time this was my favorite the guy tells me that is in his street clothes that they closed early because they did deep cleaning bahhahah yeah sure. Never going here again.
It is 8:40pm pacific time and my husband and i are beyond exhausted from driving from las vegas back to los angeles so with the dreadful service we just received at this wabagrill, if i could i would give -5 stars. To start off, we were greated with a cold "whenever your ready" phrase and tone. Second, there was literarly nothing available. No veggies except carrots. Frozen avocado was available though, hooray!! not even scallions were available. Furthermore, the chicken we received was horrendous! it was shredded, dried and it looked a lot like the scraps off the grill that you just gather up and dump on the bowl ontop of the rice. SINGLE. WORST. WABAGRILL. EXPERIENCE!! we have no humor nor energy to go back and complain. we just want to get home and get some sleep. definitely FIRST & LAST time coming to THIS location.
every time i come here the service sucks. When I came in both workers were just sitting in the lobby hanging out, and neither of them were in uniform. they clearly hadn’t been working because i had to order a couple times: they either told me they were out of something or it would take a while because it hadn’t been prepped. my bowl had more avocado than chicken, and he didn’t even take the time to slice the avocado.
4/18/22 at 9:10pm me and my husband went in for dinner. We received good service. The ladies were nice and the food was good. I got the shrimp plate and my Husband got the shrimp bowl.
Service is horrible the food is nothing like it use to be my opinion before was waba grill was better than flamebroiler but you guys are getting your but kicked by flamebroiler at this point. This location should be closed down.
Walked into restaurant with about 5 people waiting and 1 girl on the grill cussing regarding the F-in chicken sticking to the grill. Other people in the back area, don't know what they were doing? But very very unprofessional! Just had to walk out. They should definitely be fired, they are not good for your business! 4-4-22 around 2:30pm
Seriously what a disappointment!! Ordered my dinner from here last night to come home and find my whole order was a mess. I paid for to substitute some items and it’s like they didn’t even care. And when I tried calling their phone line is either busy or never answer. Last time coming to this location what a waste of time.
I haven't been to this location in a while and I don't think I will come back anytime soon. I ordered the sweet and spicy chicken veggiebowl, I have ordered this many times at other location and what I got today was definitely not what I ordered. The rice was undercooked, the chicken didn't look like it always does, I always get 1/2 of avocado and I don't think I got even a quarter of it today. The portions on everything were much smaller. Now the place itself was filthy floor hasn't been cleaned in a long time, the tables felt sticky. Overall everything felt and looked dirty. Maybe corporate should come out and check.
